Hey magzTV, any chance you would do a tutorial video for complete newbies like me? I suck at the game so hard and would love some pointers! Thanks for the videos!
Every naval ship is powered by steam. Well, just about all military ones, that is. Battleships have always used steam, so have carriers. I suppose old subs used diesels, but "some sort of steam engine" makes me suspect nuclear.
Magz, when you where waiting for that Soviet torpedo to run out as you sat right below it, couldn't you have just fired a MOSS and let it chase down the MOSS?
Plus the already said comments, waste to use on a single torpedo; plus no enemy air ASWs, firing a MOSS in that kind of situation is not only pointless but dangerous as well; too many times i've had it firing a MOSS to avoid a couple torpedoes, just to have it draw the attention of other one already avoided or some USET-80 going around, wich then after "getting" the MOSS goes into search again and acquires me and if it doesn't gets me right away, screws up my day for a long while :S
@@NahuCommNS Yeah. If a torp is in a circular search above me, firing a MOSS will likely distract it, and risk my sub getting into the search cone once it doubles back after chasing down the MOSS.
1237 feet down, test depth of 950 feet, torpedo circling overhead, Magz: "Ok, we should be good"
Wearing that torpedo as a hat, lmao.
i guess it is kinda randomly asking but does anybody know of a good website to stream new tv shows online?
@Caleb Lyric Try flixzone. Just search on google for it =)
2 Mk.48's left, this'll be interesting
This looks fun and i want to learn how to play. Gonna be picking this game up. Cool vid!
We need more cold waters content! :D
i love watching you play this game, more pls?
I guess you could call them the "The Odd Couple"... eh eh eh... I'll let myself out.
Hi Magz, can you tell me what mod is best for the soviet ships other than the playable ships mod?
In this game i fear my torpedoes more than i fear the soviet ones...
Yes, I got hit by my own torpedo... Best not to cut wire until it's absolutely necessary .
Don't forget the USET-80s; those can be as fearsome and deadly as the Mk48s D:
Yknow what would be cool, a Collins Class mod, or a Shortfin Barracuda
There is a mod on the Subsim website that has a good majority of subs throughout the world icl the Collins Class
As well as the Australian Oberon 1980's refit.
yeah. new playable subs and more mod..its a great mod. also has some surface ship missions too.. though its limited and needs some work in that regard
I was more nervous at the fact that you were nearly at 1,300 foot depth, damn that's a ton of pressure.
Where are the torpedo tubes located on your class sub? I can never seem to find them on the outside
Jett Storm on the side

Did you hear that a swedish sub, powered by a sort of steam engine, sank a US carrier in war games. Sub was so quiet.

That's the Stirling Engine you're referring to. It's a diesel engine, though it could also be adapted to be run with nuclear power.

Pleeeeaaaase do more cold waters
Cool intro
Right now in Newcastle both our house’s skylights broke due to some reeally bad hail and thunderstorms and I’m watching this to pass the time

Waste of a MOSS when he can sit and wait, not like he absolutely needed to move at that moment.
Personally I only use MOSS when there are either two or more torpedos or I am trying to distract air contacts and there is a torpedo in the water.

Hey Mags, is there a lot of time skipping in these videos? I think Cold Waters looks great but may be too slow for me?
ASW - "Awfully Slow Warfare"?
Is there a way to make this game harder? It seems that you have way more health than any other subs as you can resist a torpedo hit.
At the difficulty I am playing at I can be one hit by a torpedo.
I love your vids they need to make the game for xbox360
Magz have you ever found a whale in game?
23rd 1st like yay
Captain61 games 3rd
