The materials are very nice on these jerseys. Unfortunately the pockets don't fit my phone, a Samsung s22 ultra. With the zipped one I can kind of force it inside by having the material stretch around the phone, but then the phone feels like it is glued to my back when I ride. They also have a new endurance line, which also has a jersey with the same cut called the endurance ultra 2. That one does have zipper garages and also more pockets on the back. Unfortunately the zipped pockets, of which there are two on the jersey, are even smaller, though the non zip middle pocket is deeper on that one. Don't like putting my phone in an open pocket though. A bit miffed that I might skip these jerseys because of this.
I would go with the Medium, they are meant to be skin tight, if you find it restricting your arms or you have big biceps then maybe size up to the Large.

It looks very good. I have the white Racer one, like in the back. White is very sensitive when it get's dirty. I prefer my black one.

Thanks for the feedback, yeah it will fit an iphone or a galaxy but the opening is pretty tight.
I had a note 20 ultra and it would not fit in any jersey I ever owned lol. Main reason I went with a regular iphone.
