I have a 99 astro with 198,000 miles on it, I'm just starting to try to make it into a camper van also, I'm currently working on the engine at the moment, complete exhaust and coolant overhaul, waterpump thermostat and radiator replacement, and if you're interested I found a custom made aluminum radiator for astro vans that holds twice as much Dex coolant as the original radiator from CHrracing in New Jersey, arrived in three days, and I love it, but my reason for posting this is to get info on the roof rack if you have a link for it, I'll appreciate it, and as far as the radiator goes, I'll post the name of the youtuber who installed one, and thx for posting your van build, and at 59 I'm hoping to grow up and be just like you😂 and the name of the youtuber who installed the radiator is (Go for it studios)
