Thank you for Japanese Kitchen Tour to produce amazing videos. I was able to visit the original one Umeda and was blown away with the ramen and fried rice. Best ramen I've had so far in Japan, differently will beat Ichiran! The staff was amazing too!
I first saw her working in the Tenroku shop over a year ago. Wonderful to see she has another shop to manage. Ramen looks very tempting and attractive. Success to her.

前に出張がてら並んでたので時間もあったので寄ってみました。
美味しかったですが、こんな美人店長だとは知らずに普通に帰りました。
綺麗過ぎるのは、皆さん同感で当たり前かと思いますが、
ネギ切るの、無心になれて好きです、おじさん同感です。
料理はたまにしかしませんが、ネギ切りは毎週やってます。
無心になるために。
まだまだ私の方が精進足りないですが、料理や農業などのプロの方を感じますと、生きる気力が湧いてきます。
