The sanitary standards are outstanding! I'll bet they rank up there with those of medical supply companies. And I admire that South Korea knows that kids perform their best academically if they have nutritious, quality food fueling their brains. Plus it's well-prepared and delicious so they will actually eat it! I wish the US would catch on. For a lot of kids here, school meals are all that they have to eat in a day.

Man! I am just so obsessed toward the lifestyle of Korean people. Everything is so High-tech in South Korea. When it comes to absolute cleanliness, South Korea is definitely the ultimate winner, here. It'll be a dream come true, if I get a chance to visit this astonishing and lovely country.
South Korea set a world class standard by providing a nutritional meal! The facility and preparation of the food are amazingly clean! The United States need to take note because in the U.S. we are failing our students. Los Angeles Unified School District in California provides slop!
Quality of labor is a serious problem with U.S. You give the same level of food & labor cost in U.S., you will never see the same quality outcome, period.
I don't know if this is still the same here in the US. But I remember in grade school all the vegetables and fruit were out of cans. The "meats" were either fried or steamed. I had to eat this 5 times a week beacuase both my parents worked and didn't have time to pack lunches for myself and my sisters. In high school I had this same thing 5 times a week: something called a wet burger, which was a hamburger drenched in gravy. Why gravy? Because the meat patti was so dry, you couldn't put enough ketchup orm mustard to hydrate it. I'd get a wet burger with a bag of potao chips and a coke. I hope these Korean kids appreciate theiir yummy foods. Also, I was really impressed by the cleansing the food preparers went through. They l;ooked like surgeons before going to the operating room!
If the school food in the USA is just as chemically contaminated and loaded with other harmful additives as the food you can buy in the supermarkets, then you wonder if it can really be healthy, but in the USA they don't worry about that.
All this food looks very delicious, now I am growing hungry. The food they serve kids in the US is so full of preservatives and byproducts. I am happy to see kids in Korea are eating very well.
요즘 아이들은 정말 너무 잘먹는구나. 정말 먹을것하나는 부족한거 없이 잘먹고 잘 크거리. 내가 중학교 다닐때만해도 2교시 끝나면 매점으로 달려가서 설익은 라면도 정말 맛있었을때 였는데 지금 밥나오는건 선진국중에서도 최고의 밥상인거 같다. 미국사는 조카들도 이런 동영상보면 깜짝 놀랄거다. 미국은 점심때 피자 한조각 오렌지쥬스 이렇게 나온단다.
Here in the US all we would get is frozen and ultra processed food that gets reheated the morning of the meal. My school did have a lot of options every day, but it was always unhealthy stuff like hamburger, cheeseburgers, pizza, spicy fried chicken sandwiches, and that sort of thing. I can say without a doubt that during my entire life in school, we never got anything that was actually made fresh 😢 I think maybe if you went to a really elite private school you might see them actually cooking food, but 99% of us were stuck with junk food.

South Korea takes the number 1 spot when it comes to technological standards. Health, technology, organization and cleanliness is taken seriously here. I have never seen anything like this. They are a different civilization. This is what the world must aspire, living in peace and taking care of your people. Not starting wars to boost your industry.

@user-su1dy4si1h 60년대에 초등학교 다니셨다면 할아버지 임. 아무튼 어렵고 힘든 시기에 모두가 노력해서 오늘의 발전된 국가로 성장시켰는데 요즈음은 일하기 싫다고 노는 애들이 수십만이라니 참 한심하다. 능력도 안되면서 좋은 직장 찾다가 허송 세월보내지 말고 중소기업이라도 발전 가능성이 있는 직장에 취업해서 회사와 함께 자신도 성장하는게 대기업 다닌는것 못지 않게 좋은 결과를 가져다준다. 지금의 대기업도 과거에는 중소기업 수준이었다는걸 알아야지. 중소기업도 좋은 제품 개발하고 회사가 성장하면 코스닥 상장도 하고 스톡옵션 나눠주면 대기업 다니는것보다 나을수도 있는거다.
이런 급식이 무상으로 제공되는데 내가 낸 세금이 쓰이는거에 매우 기쁩니다. 50세인 제가 살아온 나라가 어느덧 선진국이 된것 같다는 느낌을 주는 영상이네요. 매우 뿌듯하고 자랑스럽습니다. 얘들아 맛있게 먹고 공부 열심히 해서 멋진 예술을 펼치거라...... 나의 딸도 예고를 다니고 있단다~. 매일 점심을 안먹는다고 해서 걱정이지만....ㅜㅜ

I would move to South Korea and go to one of their schools for lunch everyday at the sight of this food !!! They just put our U.S. school food programs to absolute shame. This food is better than what most restaurants in the U.S. offer. I hope these K kids know how lucky they are. They should all be the size of Sumo Wrestlers eating this good everyday. lol

i live in US. i worked as a chef for couple years. seeing this, it was pretty impress. indeed SKorea is another level when it comes to foods and cleanest. 👏
Lunch is free at almost all schools in Korea. In addition, it is made only by local produce and local businesses. And there are some lesser-known heroes. One famous food scientist succeeded in saving money on school meals and served a special meal once a month, such as lobster at all schools
Super clean and fresh ingredients. Well balanced lunch with lots of vegetables and proper meat. And this quality school lunch is Free! South Korea is amazing.

Lo que más admiré fue: 1. equipo adaptado para ser rapido y eficaz 2. control de calidad del alimento 3. limpieza de la cocina, utensilios y trabajadores. 4. distribución y rapidez en las tareas 5. no menos importante, todo se ve sabroso. 한국의 발전상에 기쁘다. 내가 초등학교 다니던 60년대 서울 변두리 학교에서는 점심 못 싸오던 애들이 1/3은 넘었던 것으로 기억하는데 일주일에 두어번 미국에서 원조해 주던 옥수수빵도 먹어 보았다. 우리 학생들 잘먹고 열심히 공부해서 한국을 세계 일류국가로 만들기를.

능력도 안되면서 좋은 직장 찾다가 허송 세월보내지 말고 중소기업이라도 발전 가능성이 있는
직장에 취업해서 회사와 함께 자신도 성장하는게 대기업 다닌는것 못지 않게 좋은 결과를 가져다준다.
지금의 대기업도 과거에는 중소기업 수준이었다는걸 알아야지. 중소기업도 좋은 제품 개발하고 회사가 성장하면
코스닥 상장도 하고 스톡옵션 나눠주면 대기업 다니는것보다 나을수도 있는거다.
운동장 구석에서 가마솥에 죽을 끓이면 함석으로 만든 양동이를 들고 가서 담아 오던 생각이 아직도 생생 합니다
겨울에는 나무 바닥에 실내화도 없이 수업시간 내내 벌벌떨었던 기억 밖에 없어요

부자들의 기준이 얼마인지는 모르겠는데 상위 3%가 연수입 1억 5천만원 정도여 10%로 가면 1억도 안돼...
누가 들으면 상위 1% 부자는 인당 세금 몇십,몇백억씩 내는지 알겠네..

나의 학창시절 1980년도는 가정 형편이 좋지 않아 굶은 친구들이 많았죠,
80년도 후반에 들어서 급격히 풍족 해 진것 같습니다.

自分が学生だった頃は本当に質素な給食で給食費を払えない家庭も結構ありましたが、
韓国は給食が無償が多いので、こんな美味しそうな食事を摂れるのは困窮してる方々にもありがたいでしょうね。
初めての無償給食は2001年度に始まりました。貧しい子供たちが恩恵を受けましたが、色々な試行錯誤を経て、現在はすべての子供たちに無償給食が提供されています..初等学校の全面無償給食、中学校、高校の順です。 私の地方では2007年度小学生無償給食、2008年度中·高校生無償給食が実行されました.. 2010年、ソウルまで全国無償給食時代になりました。 韓国でも反対が多かったですが、現在はみんな満足しています.. 日本も多くの子供たちが恩恵を受けることを願います.. 子供たちは未来です。（日本語が足りなくてすみません）

What makes me be surpised a lot is that every food in school in S. Korea is " free".
And all the ingredients are organic. I know that because I have experience inspecting food ingredients at my child's school.
It isn't free. It is paid by a prepaid card at the beginning of the year.

와아 정말 엄청나네요! 얼마나 위생관리를 철저히 하는지 감동적일 정도입니다. 조리원 개인 위생을 수술 앞둔 의사 보다도 깨끗하게 관리하고, 모든 집기는 깨끗하게 세척된 스텐레스 스틸... 엄청난 스케일의 요리 모습까지... 정말 대단합니다.
日本が1番だと思ってたけど、それを超える国があるのは、とても嬉しい☺️。それだけ成長期の子供達が、必要な栄養素を摂取する国があるのだから！！欧米などは給食が美味しくなくて食べずにいる子も多いと聞く。実際に見ても美味しそうとは思えなかった。でも韓国は違う。丁寧に丁寧に作られてる。
私は小さな頃は給食が好きだった！今日はなんだろうとか見るのが好きだった。でも今は食べたくないかな😅。大人は贅沢な味を
知ってしまったからね😂。
でも日本では、昔食べた給食を思い出す人がいて、【昔ながらの給食が食べれるお店】などがあり、そういう所に行く人もいるし、海外の人向けに、授業して、給食を食べるというツアーもある。
美味しい給食で育った事に、今は誇りに思う。親の負担も減るからね😅。毎日お弁当作るのは大変だよ！
