Additive chemichals in the water. A home trick for freshly paintstripped steel is a wash with 50/50 water and lemon juice- gives the steel a green tinge but wont flash rust. Once it has coated the steel thoroughly you can rinse with clean water so its not sticky!
That's the problem with this method. All the areas you can't see in-between joints etc will turn into rust infestations in no time. Body should be immediately washed, rinsed and the whole thing immersed in a bath of suitable corrosion inhibitor as did the auto and steel manufactures of the day.

How many gallons is the tank in order to fully submerged a car of that size? And where do I get the chemicals to perform this operation? How many PSI is the nozzle have to be to get the same results you show here?
If I went to this extreme for restoration, I most definitely would hot dip galvanize it after all the repairs and prior to painting before it went back together.
Had a stressful busy day and was filling out end of day inspection and turned this on and ended up watching it probably a dozen times over and over and realized how relaxing it was. Thanks. Could be because jaguar started out as SS cars. Ever hear of an SS100? Before they were SS cars they were Swallow Sidecars.
Yes, then came Raiders of the lost Ark with all the Nazis and they changed the Factorys Name to Jaguar😊

Hopefully they dry quickly and then prime it, if not then they are up against a lot of rust.
There's an additive you can put in the jet washer to prevent the oxide reaction for a while.
some "dippers" have a tank with a flash rust preventative that is the last dip the car gets after the various dips to remove paint and rust etc

Depends on what country your in.
What kind of paint stripper did you use to begin with that was beautiful
It's a giant bath that they submerge the car into. Notice the ropes.

it's immersed in HOT CAUSTIC SODA at about 130° ferinheit. it's not paint strip. it's used in chrome plating shops
