10 wide mobile home, should I buy it?

A tour of a 10 ft wide mobile home for sale, we didn't know the size of the home before we went to look at it, I guessed that it was a smaller home, it appeared to have all gas appliances,

Not worth it dude...If it were a house I'd say maybe worth it but only 10 ft wide mobile home and in really bad shape..No Thank you! My 2 cents worth anyway 🙂

I would not put my parents in that place. I think you should give them your best. I know you can do miracles on places but you can't make the mobile home bigger. I'm cluster foe but just looking at it....hugs

Yeah, looking at the pictures I thought it was small but in good condition, the condition was a little disappointing, if it didn’t have major problems we probably would have bought it for her parents to stay a few months as it would have been more space than if they were to stay with us. If it was either bigger or in better condition it might have been worth $6k. Thanks for watching as always.😀

I once saw a 10 wide that had a step down living room that was pretty deep like a den! Didn't buy, it haunted me for years!

That's a dog you vould find better in back yards plus theres better rebamped sheds they deliver, and make a rain water catchment system.
Everything is infested or broken.

Philippines right, I’m guessing the building materials are mostly masonry, go to find lightweight materials like drywall and paneling to make repairs I’m guessing that would be hard to find, am I right?

I didn’t like the idea of dumping money into an old home like this that had a few major issues but I wouldn’t have described it as depressing. It was kinda small but I know many people live in small spaces like this and smaller, they even made it a desirable thing (tiny houses) but that’s definitely a tiny minority that wants to live in a tiny home. I wouldn’t have a problem living in it, actually I have lived in many places worse than this, however this one needed more work than this home was worth so we didn’t buy this one.😀

Definitely way overpriced. I would play the waiting game. Hopefully the seller will come down from orbit. Free would be very nice. I think the front end has been dropped that would explain all the damage.
