This is one of the nicest videos I’ve watched lately on TH-cam! The story telling is amazing. I sometimes really miss my W124 that I sold, and this is one of the times
because I own 10 w124 (wagons , coups, convertibles) I started to watch this ……I noticed I was not only watching one of the best cars ever made …..I was watching a genius !! …..man what a skills !! …..so much creativity , so much hunger for perfection , so much artistic input ……amazing ! I know for sure you never have to doubt whether you can financially support your new family …….once you will have your own. bodyshop…… or you can start making movies ! You can’t go wrong with these three w124 from Mercedes, paint from Basf and episode from Quay. Keep it up man you are living my dream life. (I would choose w140 btw)

Another great video. Nice to see a fellow painter who strives to do the job to spec and correctly. It’s surprising how many painters think a mirror finish is acceptable on a factory finished car. It’s just wrong and smacks of an ego problem imho.

If you get the pre-facelift euro-trunk, also get the "filler-part" from the coupes or convertibles for the license-plate area. It looks more clean while retaining the older original look.
