I've been using ozone in cars for a long time. I also happen to be an actual biochemist. Twice in my land rover in the last 10 years. You just need to be mindful to re-hydrate the leather, it won't kill your plastics.
The benefit to ozone is it gets into places you cant see, and kills spores too.

After many failed attempts to clean it, i took all the seats and carpets out, and threw them all in the pool to soak for a couple days and let the chlorine do its magic
This was a trick i learned from dad, he would chuck his dirty old lawn mowing shoes in the pool for a day to give them a clean as they wouldn't survive the washing machine
mum saw me hurl the drivers seat of my car into our family pool and came out on the balcony "screaming what are you doing!!??"

As a former janitor: coffee is one of the worst things you can throw into a public trash can. It is due to literally every ingredient. Water makes it go everywhere its a liquid, coffee itself makes it stain, sugar makes it sticky and fuel for the next one, milk and milk based products give you a time limit before the horrors begin. Theres a good possibility the bag may tear just a little leading to not fun times. If you for whatever reason cannot finish a coffee and have to dispose of it, dump it in a sink or something, not the trash

The independent mechanic, and the holden dealersahip both said the same thing, you can't machine rotors on euro cars. Apprently its because unlike japanese/aussie and american cars, the rotors are only designed for the life of one set of break pads, so when you change them, the rotors are close to or at the minimum thickness, so the """safety""" aspect would be true, as BS as it sounds.

A former job of mine allowed me access to nearly all car brand/type service shops in my province.
A gearhead myself, speaking to a Mercedes technician about a car on the lift, a customer's car made a clunk only after a few days it left the shop.
It turns out, those double rubber isolated suspension bushes for mounting the strut to the control arm wore in such a way that when placed on the lift, the suspension sagged enough it popped out of the worn part
Something maybe to think about, idk, I'm a hobbyist at best.

It’s called a conformal coat and it seals the board and protects it from potential water damage. @6:24 - In all my years servicing fueling equipment, I have never pulled dirt or debris from a good tank. Mediating an old steel tank - probably rust, but those are mainly long gone. On top of that, there are usually sock filters over the STPs in the underground tank as well as individual filters for each separate dispenser nozzle/product. Now, water in a tank - that's more common that you may think since the ethanol phase separates from the fuel (with even slight water ingress to the tank) leaving the water to sit on the bottom of the tank (fuel being lighter than water for those that do not know.) I've pumped a few barrels of water from the bottom of tanks in the past. Former factory-trained Gilbarco/Veeder Root/Passport technician.
