100 per cent.. Music has gotten lazy nowadays.. Even famous singers nowadays aren't that special vocally because it can be fixed so easily with auto tune etc.. My favourite singers are Lou Gramm, Steve Perry, Marti Pellow is definitely in there.. Starships Mickey Thomas, Richard Marx and Don Henley etc but there's so many greats from the 70s and 80s, too many to mention.. I'm Scottish but I like alot of great American singers. I seen Don Henley live 5yrs ago here in Scotland at Glasgow hydro and he sounded live just like on CD.. These singers live are just out of this world. Female singers Annie lennox, Stevie Nicks, The Wilson sisters from Heart, Alison Moyet etc. x

Brings back memories of 1987, the year before I left school for a 12 year army career, leaving my then girlfriend behind in England whilst I was in Munster,Germany. This was one of our songs and back then I could sing it well to her. Unfortunately she was killed in an accident whilst riding her horse before I could get out to marry her.

Saw him live in Edinburgh a couple of weeks ago, the voice and the talent are undiminished with the passing years.Fabulous gig and was clearly having a lot of fun up on the stage and bantering with the audience.

I was in a beer garden just yesterday on a nice summer day. And there was a DJ playing this song. What can I say, the perfect song for a perfect day. The song was released when I was a toddler and I only heard it few times in my life, but it's truly special and emotional.
