- Rollerobics Tabata training - This month Judit Abarca (Rollerobics coach) has once again tricked Pablo Soler (freestyle & downhill skater) to improve his physical condition through another Tabata workout. (Pablo has a previous Rollerobics episode here: • Powerslide ROLLEROBICS... )
Tabata consists of training 8 sets of 20 seconds each, with the greatest number of repetitions, with 10 seconds of rest between them.
This method combined with Rollerobics improves cardiopulmonary capacity, muscular endurance and anaerobic capacity.
