Amazing video! Will you review the new mice from china coming out with 3950 sensors? VXE/VGN has one coming out similar to f1 moba shape, ajazz has an 'apex' mouse with a strange, low button height shape, etc.
For a second I thought I completely missed a huge release! I'm so glad Vaxee is getting to that ~60 gram weight, I feel like it's the perfect number for all high performance mice, and companies can go lower from there if they want. I would also like to see this shape compared to the G Pro or new Viper V3 even though they are bigger, I feel like those mice are good baseline shapes. Anyways, a great review as always
You're always one of the first to release reviews on new mice. The Maya is one of my favorite mice too, and I respect that you review lesser known mice as well.
Fun reminder to Canadians (or literally anyone outside the USA) that if you actually want a Vaxee product the total cost (after shipping and import duties) is $240 CAD minimum. Extremely hard bullet to bite, especially since they only give 1 year warranty and a very strict return policy.
The southern skate looks quite small considering the total girth of the rear end. I remember on the OG Atlantis people complained about the mouse tipping side to side a little bit when laying on the desk. Hopefully this sits fine without dragging the non-skate portions on the desk because that can get quite noisy on certain surfaces.
Interestingly, XE and XE-S look nearly identical to Haste and Haste Mini with some minor differences. I know people with pick Vaxee but still, its good alternative.
Could do a comparison between the XE-S and G-wolves HTX? Pretty similar hump but it looks like the HTX sidewalls curves more towards to center instead of flat walls with a sharp edge that transitions into the hump.
Hey there, I want to buy a mouse that is similar shape with GPX that has really spammable / light clicks (I play LoL). What are the best options? (PS: I tried the Viper v3 Pro and the clicks are pretty light, are there better options?)
My hand size 185x105mm and using relaxed claw and pincer claw. This mouse specs and vaxee quality take it seriously buy it but considering my hand size and grip style. Is this work for me?
Hope they manage to bring their existing products down to 60g or less as well. The XE was a very nice fit for me so this one is a bit too small, also love the Outset as an ergo, but when you've become accustomed to ~55g-ish micr you definetly feel the difference. A step in the right direction.
im tired of everyone falsely saying vaxee mice have the highest quality when every single one ive used creaks a shitload with a light sqeueeze and has main button wobble with slight grinding
I prefer larger mice like the Viper V3 and ROG Harpe, so the XE-S would not be my preferred size, I hope they update the XE with the changes they implemented on this.
Would you recommend this for a pincer claw? Something I like on the viper mini is the hump presence and getting a squeeze for stability. Is the hump too flat on this? The regular XE still had some hump presence for me. Hand 18x9.5
Would you say the hump still has good centre palm presence? Not a fan of having that air pocket if you know what I mean. When the contact only hits base if the palm I get shakey.
you are never negative/critical of any mouse review, i get the feeling that every mouse you review is perfect with no flaws. sounds so fake and not genuine. you are way too overly positive in general.
Most mice being released these days have the same specs internally and perform equally. You could argue latency but the difference is negligible. The only differences between mice nowadays are shape and click feel which are subjective. Wouldn’t be fair of him to speak negatively about subjective aspects of a product.
@@ohLurch bro the difference is definitely not negligible performance wise if you own a high end pc along with a 540hz monitor. that is if you are comparing a 4k mouse vs a 1k for example. huuuge difference. 4k vs 4k mouse is harder obviously but the main point is that he is super fake with reviews in general. every review is super positive while a lot of mice have obvious flaws.
@@michaelolsson4676 The difference is in fact negligible and I highly doubt you can notice the difference regardless. Please explain how mice that all use the same sensor and mcu are so vastly different in performance that they warrant a negative review. Then, name all the specific mice models made within the past year that you have personal experience with and what those differences are since they are so noticeable. I’d love to get an idea of how you’re so sure that you’re correct here. Also, let’s hear your pc specs to make sure your system is even capable of allowing the mice you’ve used to perform at their full potential.
@@ohLurch because the implementation is what matters the most. I can name one example with the u2 and ulx. 4k on ulx feels way smoother than the u2 on 1k in my experience. My pc specs in short are 5900x and 3080 ti which is pushing over 500 frames consistently in valorant which is my main game. I also use the asus 540hz.
@@michaelolsson4676 Obviously 1k and 4k are going to feel different especially on two different mice with different chips. The only thing they share is the same sensor. The U2 is literally lacking specs wise compared to the ULX. Choosing two mice with different specs is just cherry picking to fit your narrative. If you chose two mice that have the same sensor, mcu while operating at the same polling rate you will not notice a difference whatsoever. So which mice has aimadapt reviewed in the past year that you believe deserve a negative review due to their performance? Like I said most mice coming out these days have the exact same internals and have the ability to reach the same polling rate. The only differences these days are shape (which is subjective) and build quality. There is no way you or any human can notice a 0.2 - 0.5 millisecond difference in latency. Two mice with the same specs running at 8k these days only have a 0.1 - 0.2 millisecond difference in latency between them. You cannot feel that in game
Those skates are the cheapest ones I have seen on a premium mouse, so lame, reviewers need to start being more negative about this kind of stuff and not just say "just get after market skates", do they really need to cheap out that much on the skates? a few years ago people where destroying steelseries for doing the same, they are not even pure ptfe skates is just the same old black skates but in white come on.
Can confirm these skates are ass, was disappointed when I got my XE, they just give off G Pro stock skate vibes and are super controlled, Razer’s do as well. Lamzu imo seem to be using the best stock skates, they play and feel premium like aftermarket Jades/Tiger Ice.
What is the obsession with such a light weight mouse? I get that companies are pushing out new mice’s at lower weight, but generally don’t understand why a 50 gram mouse is better than a 70 gram mouse. They both feel light to me. Maybe I just don’t get it.
@aclsass it is just easier to use imo. I have nearly 100 mice and low weight is the way to go. The lower the better. Check out rocket jump ninjas video about the mechanics and science behind it. The smaller and lighter the better.
Sorry about the editing error for the sound test

@@sebaba001 Ofcourse :)
@@AimAdapt Awesome! Your shape detailing with all the shots and showing your grip on the mice is the best.

Love the shape comparisons man, great vid 👍
Thank you brother!
You have the absolute best shape comparison in youtube, absolute top tier, show's everything we need to know about the shape. Keep it up man.

Just bought it. Thank you for recomendation. As a vaxee np-01s fan I can't wait when it arrives. Keep up greate work.
that vaxee looks like perfection, but sadly it's not available in SEA
phenomenal review, you've slowly crept into my goto mouse reviewer.
It looks great Liam, brilliant review as usual 👏

Finally a mouse that nearly identical in size/shape to my beloved steelseries kinzu. Too bad i already have an op1-8k.
Still the best intro in the game
It's so important for me that you click far back on the switches to test if it's stiffer/heavier.
Thank you.

Pls do an aj 159 review? Also what do you think is the best
Can the button under the scroll wheel be bound, or does it do nothing?

Matching T's with the mouse!
Missed opportunity to compare the shape the to the legendary fk2
its looks similar in dimesion to htx 4k does it feel similar?

Lamzu Maya is the same shape but smaller. I think they use light clicks but not sure. No premium BQ tho
Why aren’t you satisfied with the v3 pro?
Hey bro, will u ever get back to some mice where XLAT didn't work originally? Eg this one, the Keris 2, etc?
no luck yet

Has it replaced your maya? 👀
Excellent video. Will you show the xlat results in a community post or on a later video
Now we need original sized vaxee xe with 65-67g weight
Is xe better than xe-s for 18 10 9.5 (f1~f10) palm claw hybrid users?
Now i just have to wait for an updated NP-01S. The shape of that is just too Goated for claw grip users, but I just wish it's lighter

how does this compare to x2v2 mini?? size wise
which best tell me?
Is that a dpi cycling button on the top in the middle?
dpi cycling is on the bottom of the mouse, it should be a function key same as the other xe models
@@spacemanx2 Sorry, I meant like is that a functional button on the top in the middle?
Great stuff!!... i went to check all your reviews but failed to see a puretrak valor mouse... would love to hear it from u
Would this mouse be suitable for claw grip? Been waiting for this foreeeevverrr..
Absolutely
Are you going to test the atk liekong f1?
yes
I come from the op1we, do you think its comparible?
it is different but the scale isn't to far off imo
the vaxee xe WHAT?!!!!!
wow
Your scroll wheel looks of center to me
It isnt. Could be from when I took the mouse apart. my unit is centered.
Cool mouse... but just ordered my AJAZZ AJ159Apex-8K with the new PAW 3950 sensor and charging cradle.
Fuck I need this

Goodbye my money😂
I say Chinese mouse for 30$ is way better option than any of these known brand mice.
Vaxee is truly pushing it with the pricing... 160 EUR here in EU like not even Logitech or Razer sell for this much.
Lol Naming 🤣

I've been using the np-01s since feburary and had no problem with it, maybe its a mousepad problem?
Mechanical scroll wheel encoder? Not worth it. It should be optical.
