I'd 1000% recommend you to watch Dreamcatcher's dance practice for 'Vison' their choreography is on a whole other level!! The details they placed into the dance are insane!!
It is a continuation of Maison. They do their concepts in threes now just like the Dystopia trilogy. There should be one more of these, probably in late Winter or early Spring. They're using as much cgi as they can because it uses less energy than building a lot of sets that just get trashed after filming has ended. They are walking the walk.
Maison is about the impacts of the environment, Vision is about the impacts of war. We can only assume that the third installment of the trilogy will be another critique on how humanity is messing up the world and I absolutely love it.

They ALL kicked it up a notch with the visuals imho...Jiu's visuals though WTF...lol Yes I'm biased. And buff Siyeon was pretty awesome...:) But I really thought Commander General Handong rocked the entire MV.... Sua's black crown. Dami's blonde hair, Gahyeon white outfit... Yoohyeon...the bell bottom pants and the color of the outifit... still trying to decipher the meaning of that...same color as the sky...hmm... Everything came together here... I'm afraid they won't get recognized for it either...no matter... Insomnias will...:) Great reaction.

I personally think this is my favorite title track of theirs since Deja Vu and the first time I thought the title track is the best song on the album since Piri.
Vision's up there with Coheed and Cambria's A Disappearing Act and DC's own Starlight from the last album in my top songs of the year.
Vision I think adheres to the Cyberpunk inspiration more than Maison did. It puts me in mind of Hyper's Spoiler (the Cyperpunk 2077 trailer song). Also they had a guest guitarist with them this time so I think that helped skew the song harder to the rock side. I hope it's retained for the end of the Maison/Vision/??? trilogy.

"Vision" is part 2 of the Apocalypse trilogy. I believe they are showing us the perspective from the future in this series, showing us how the earth looks like when we keep acting like we do. While "Maison" was talking about the destruction of the environment, here they seem to be talking about the destruction due to war. I don't know if that was the idea from the beginning, but Putin's aggression definitely played a role here. In one set they even dance in front of what looks sort of like a huge trident, which is the coat of arms of Ukraine (could be a coincidence though, or this is me seeing things).
It is easy to see how the conflict in Ukraine could result in global destruction. It's just a push of a button away. Note that Dami presses a launch button, but it's not for nukes. It's for spreading their message, their vision. Peace. To be heard all around the world. The song is also a call for action, to stand together against aggressors and those who are destroying the planet out of greed. There is not much difference between someone leading an army or a corporation, if the result is destruction. Still, Dami said the intention is to resolve the problems in a peaceful way.
So, what do we do? There is no easy answer. Dami has an outfit that shows that perfectly. One half is an innocent bridal dress, the other half is simply badass. What I know is that any aggressor only listens to very limited diplomacy, and they need to know that the good in the world is ready and willing to fight them if needed. Whoever the aggressor is, we are more than them. They need to know they will never succeed, the only option is peace.
By the way, my interpretation could be completely wrong, any other theory is perfectly valid as well.
Musically, it's heavier than Maison, and I feel it fits the subject matter very well. It sounds aggressive and heavy, but also soft and vulnerable. There is the duality again. And I love the fake keychange at the end of the chorus, the crazy bass and the guitar in the bridge. All in all this is a fantastic release!

I'm no fan of girl groups overall but I do check out new GG releases just to keep up, hoping that maybe something will be THAT song. Dreamcatcher is hit-or-miss for me-very high-risk high-reward-but when they hit, they hit BIG. I kind of love this song.
tbh vision is my least favourite song of theirs. but regardless of their hit or miss on song(subjectively). they never miss perfomance wise. they're the best performer on girlgroup
