I cannot lie, I was standing up and bobbing along with the entire song. I could NOT sit down while listening to this song for the first time. They never fail to impress, me at least. Now we have to fight for getting them another win cause competition is going to be tough this comeback. Vision has become my favorite title track and comeback of theirs since back at their debut, which is hard for me since I love every one of their songs, from title tracks to B-sides.✌🔥

Completely agree. I like this better than Maison, it's so heavy, so ominous and yet the vocals are so good. Handong and Dami stood out, especially Handong for me. The video works better too. The album is no skip too. They really never miss.

I felt like they were talking about war in this song. No matter how difficult the situation is, we can overcome the difficulty. That's what it seems to me. I agree with you with Maison. DC is my ult group so i love everything they put out but for me its definitely not one of my favs of their title tracts. But since its their 1s win it will always have a special heart in a think every inSomnia's heart and the girls. But having said that Maison was a great into to this era and the Apocalypse story line. And VISION is that song! Man I love this, the instrumental the dance, the visuals.. and we get superhero DC... just perfect.
Also i must say as a heavy JiYoo biased I do appriciate that Handong and Dami have been shining more and more. They have also been getting more lines. Like Dystopia Trilogy was Gahyeon's era and I think now Dami and Handon are coming for us. My reason for pointing those 3 specifically is cuz the other 4 have always been very front and centre since their debut anyway. Jiu with being the leader, Yoohyeon being the main character in alot of the nightmare MVs, Siyeon cuz i mean she's Siyeon and her vocals are just... and Sua with her extra personality and amazing dancing.

Yes you are right. This song is fire the MV is fire and yes my bias is DAMI and YES I'm getting bias wrecked by my bias. She came and we all died that flow in the rap was insane 🤤
I think at this point I have to accept Dongie is my current bias. Because her getting so many lines and center time filled me with joy. If I had any wish at all it would be that the song had another outro post chorus.. something. I just wanted it to be 15-20 seconds longer.
The red outfits are going to kill me. I also love the fatigue ones.. Siyeon in a tanktop. This is fighting with You and I and Maison as it tries to move up the ranks.. it might even be trying to fight Odd Eye for a spot in the 5.. Dami’s rap did not hit me at first listen like Odd Eye, Boca, Maison and other ones did. It hit me after 2 or 3 listens. I am making it my mission to learn at least that chorus choreography.. it slaps. The chorus slaps. Handong be coming for me again.. just like she has since Odd Eye. Dami and Siyeon killing me, SuA wreaking me. The start “Gather Around”.. Yes mama. 🫡🫡
Can confirm, I am a Dami stan and I am so not safe. Although bob!Siyeon is trying to wreck me, bobs suit her so stage presence so well. Handong is just so good too, like a pretty lethality... And like, I just love Jiu's little witch hat in the press conference. I love rapper!SuA too, Gahyeon's facial expressions are on point, and I love the return of superhero Yoohyeon.

As with almost every DC song, I would like it to be longer, but I think that's just the K-Pop structure that I don't like in general. I mean, we got something like a little rap from our Queen SuA which I have been waiting for (I know, the Solo had it, too), the chorus is great, guitars sound very good, Dami mommy is great, Handong stood out!, Yoohyeon for the beginning is perfect, JiU a visual among visuals, Siyeon channeling a lot of Wolf energy and looking great with the hair, Gahyeon's expressions on point as always. :D What more can a Somnia want?

Can we talk about how yoohyeon looks like she came straight out of an anime, Yoohyeon and Handong are it for me this era
I'm liking "Vision" better than their last couple of comeback songs.
The sound is different than their usual title song, but I loved it.
One thing I noticed is that the beginning of the song sounds a lot like Gunship, another group that I enjoy listening to. Has that retro-80s/90s sound to it.

OH MY GOODNESS YES YES YES!! Again so Sorry that I'm late, I've been VERY busy lately- but dude THIS SONG IS EVERYTHING I loved every part just WOW! This legit had me speechless I don't know what to say (if I had to pick between Maison or Vision I might go Vision I mean I love Maison but there's something about this Music Video that I just LOVE) like JiU with this pink hair and her outfits PLUS her freaking Vocals went off like holy cow and at 5:15 that is so cool with the crosses in her eyes, SuA could step on me like WOW she did not have to go this hard her vocals were crazy and RAPPER SUA IS BACK Y'ALL- my jaw dropped, Siyeon went OFF like Wow her hair was absolutely amazing and her EYES ARE SO PIERCING not to mention her vocals at the end such a GREAT vocalist, Handong legit had me speechless with her looks like that short hair on her- she can step on me and she's always getting iconic lines like "Gonna hunt you Karma" Wow, Yoohyeon just WOW her Vocals were insane and her whole look- and her body like GOALS especially with that blue outfit my jaw legit dropped, Dami- DAMI this might be her era (not sure they all killed it) THE BLONDE HAIR and her freaking Rap was just insane and her outfits just holy cow just YES, and Gahyeon SHE WAS SO LETHAL LIKE WHAT THE HECK- the Maknae almost killed me with her vocals and visuals not to mention her facial expressions! Anyways I can't wait for you to react to more Dreamcatcher such as more Music Videos, B - Sides, Live Performances, Covers, Dance Practices, Moments, and of course Ships! I think if I had to sum it up in two words: achieved balance. It’s each member’s strong range, the instrumentation underneath is perfectly matched to the energy and intent in each section.

"Vision" is my favorite from the album and like you with all teasers we got I was really interested in hearing "Vision", it surprised me because I'm also more a b-side person normally.

To be honest Maison is a good song but i still feel that song need something more but this song gets dreamcatcher back on top again, also this song feels like a experimental rock sound which it's not a bad thing but it keeps upgrading their music more and more in a good way, love the song and the b- sides like always 🥰

like maison, this song is good when i heard it for the first time but it didn't reach my expectation.. maybe because before vision and maison i've heard too many times odd eye and BEcause which for me is perfect. so my expectations were too high.. but don't get me wrong, as soon as I heard it again and again, Maison and Vision seemed to want to take over.. made me want to sing along, and it didn't lose to the previous one.. as is often said, Dreamcatcher didn't never disappoints.

No, I was with you with Maison. Like you said, there isn't anything wrong with it, but it didn't hit me like a normal Dreamcatcher title track. I was more into the Solo B-tracks for that album. SO yeah, I felt exactly the same way.... which means I was really hoping that Vision would sorta make up for it. AND it did.
In Maison, I really loved the bridge and outro(? the part from 2:30-2:45 with JiU/Siyeon/Gahyeon specifically). Vision doesn't really have that, the bridge is nice but not as impactful as the complete switch in Maison with the piano, and the final chorus of Vision does go hard with Siyeon's ad libs but I could have used just a _smidge_ more.. of something? I just wanted to be punched just a _tiny_ bit harder, but maybe that's because the rest of the song was already punching me so much. Also I think I prefer Dami's rap in Maison over her rap in Vision - though her look in Vision definitely wins for me, it might be the best she has ever looked (to me) since Mysterious Mansion.
That said, all the overall elements of Vision I prefer over Maison. Maison wasn't as strong throughout, but its strongest points balanced that out for me. I hope that makes sense.
So they're still both 10/10 songs, but hey we have to nitpick about something. Also this is just after one day, I always need more time to know for sure where a song really sits.
And I'm also finally going to see them live!!! It was worth waiting for the European leg of the world tour. And it still hasn't really been processed in my brain either.
