Fantastic subject! I've been following the new development of the Tampa Bay area closely and this is the first video I have seen that captures everything going on into one informative video.
I love seeing what's happening in our city! It's so exciting. Thanks for this video. I'm also excited about the expansion of the Tampa Bay Aquarium and The Straz Center.
Some great projects here. One thing no one talks about is water. There is only so much water developers can take from the Florida Aquifer. The thing you don;t what is to have sea water seeping and contaminating your water supply. Sure it rains in Tampa. We did not get much rain over the past year. Many ponds are very low. This also causes sink holes. On the bright side, Tampa should lead in EV charging stations with the development of these projects. EV's work great in warm climates and not so well in cold weather Upstate New York . Thanks for keeping us up to date on these projects.

I lived in Tampa from 85 to 87 barley recognize the city but my old apartment complex is still there it was new when I moved in paid $300.00 a month for a 1 bedroom sure miss those prices live in a small north Florida town near the Suwannee River now
There are absolutely growing pains With all of these developments, my hope is that smart infrastructure and roads are a priority while in the planning and approval stages. Also hope they focus on adding bike lanes, safe sidewalks, and public transportation
Been here four years after relocating from the northeast. Happy, but traffic and terrible driver habits make driving a nightmare. Plus my car insurance doubled, for no other reason than location.
I hear that a lot but I think it totally depends on where in Florida you want to move. There are definitely areas that feel overcrowded but it’s all relative to what you’re used to. There are also areas that are very rural, especially in the panhandle and the center of the state (Orlando excluded). Florida has many personalities depending on where you are. Come explore the different cities for a bit and see if any of them feel like home

There are also areas that are very rural, especially in the panhandle and the center of the state (Orlando excluded). Florida has many personalities depending on where you are. But we have beaches!!!!, and they are beautiful. When you move here, it takes some time to adjust to the lifestyle,
you're not wrong, its no longer affordable as well, i would suggest ohio, indiana, or michigan for you, if you want to come south, tennessee.
