"Focus Delaware" aired on Rollins Cablevision & WNS-TV Channel 2 and WTGI Channel 61 from 1980 to 1987 and was hosted by Bob Weiner.

Used to go here when I was in High School to play the video games. My friends and I got booted out because my buddy Jon "stole" the managers personal pizza he was taking home. I say "stole" because he had ordered a pizza and was called up to get it and he just took the wrong one off the counter. This was the same night my nephew got completely freaked out by the animatronic band and his mom had to take him outside.
The location in the commercial is the Wilmington Delaware location, which now has a circles of light
The location that is being advertised is now half Dollar Tree and Half Chuck E. Cheese.
