This footage is like being there seeing it all
✨💫
I can even smell it
Wow, this is very nice its bringing me back to the time pf going to SPP cause it was much more better than CEC, from the rides, to the video games, the balloon machine,
skee ball lanes, to the pizza and Rockafire, it was every child's dream and not to mention I only had that Rockafire Gee our 1st album until 1987 and boy everyone in ny family loved that album, thsnks so much for this!!! 🎉❤🙂
My brother and I went to the Charlotte,North Carolina location a lot. He played Billy Bob for birthdays quite a few times,I did some too. I played Santa there too. Loved the place!
Btw, that is the location that chuck e cheeses is gonna be saved and turned into a hibrid store
The stage footage is so stunning!! I love seeing Beach Bear and Mitzi especially
This is hands-down, some of the best footage I’ve seen of a full Rockfire explosion performance, amazing presentation, with the iconic “Sal’s birthday” playing, it’s very moving somehow in a way I can’t explain.
Thank you for posting!
Thank you so much for posting this video. My mother and I are sitting here talking about the past and I told her I would look up Showbiz. Definitely brought back some happy memories
Rest in pece burt sal Wilson ❤😢
This was my Showbiz 💔💔
Then was my chuck e cheese. Now it's my son's CEC. I really wish I could go back to that and she how it was all those years ago. Like I legit just got pizza and was watching this trying to figure out where everything once was.
Used to go to Showbiz a lot not long after it opened. They had Q-Bert and Space Port at the Concord Mall did not. I don't remember the under-18 rule, but I turned 18 later the same year that they opened so it may not have applied to me. My nephew who was 2 when they opened was scared to death of the animatronic animals and would scream bloody murder when they would begin their show. Of course, being the a-hole Uncle I was I'd encourage the staff to restart it more frequently. Has anything replaced the Chuck E. Cheese yet in that location? Great memories, thanks for posting.
The Chuck E. Cheese reopened last year
@@Mitzi675 Thanks. I haven't been down that way for awhile.
A different time.
I remember that store was an A&P super market.
The old 202 corridor.
Comcord Mall, Showbiz, Kiddie World
A better time as well. A much better time
Fun fact: this location was the only ShowBiz Pizza Place restaurant ever to open in all Delaware, and as of 2022, after a two-year hiatus, it reopened as a Chuck E. Cheese 2.0 restaurant.
I wish I was there when it was still around
This is good!!

They added Hannah's vocals later, this song was made for the whole band in the 80s
Sal’s birthday was made in 1983.
Actually in 1980 as one of the birthdays songs for the rock afire explosion in 1980
It debuted in 1982 in the RAE album.
