    Ok, so I understand that D rings are sold in the size strap they fit, 25mm ring for 25mm strap. But what about O ring sizes? What size O rings do I order for a 25mm strap? Is there an easy formula? Is it like 1.5 times the width of the strap?

      No formula. I keep a stock of each size of ring to hand and just try different size straps and see what looks best. Hope this helps.
