It's actually great that he didn't change into Vader in this scene because that is the Vader Anakin would've been. More powerful and dangerous than the one in the suit. This episode showed us that he made peace with his dark side and has ful mastery of it now. He can switch between Anakin and Vader while maintaining control over the other. The whole scene is just Anakin conducting a therapy session for Ahsok, to fight her demons.
You are right, imagine how powerful he would have become…dude would have the whole galaxy on the palm of his hand.

Why is everyone missing this? He is Vader in this Scene. He is just without the suite. Hayden nailed this! I am so glad he was brought back to redeem himself.
I think he was great no matter what I just think people where too critical of him I love all of his performances

The second the red blade appeared he was Vader. It was not the suit that made him Vader that occurred the second Anakin took the knee and pledged loyalty to Palpatine. This was the Vader that would have been had he defeated Obi-Wan on Mustafar.
And happened even more when Obi-Wan took the other knee.
Everyone worried for Ahsoka that he was gonna come out completely suited up but I say that a fully limbed, suitless Vader is way more powerful and dangerous
People keep getting jazzed saying that they saw Anakin as Vader for a second but forget that Anakin became Vader before the suit. He became Vader when Palpatine made him his disciple, the suit is just what made Vader iconic.
I literally just wrote the same thing. I can't understand why everyone is missing that.

This is what us super fans refer to as Knightfall Vader.. because the mission to storm the Jedi temple was called operation Knightfall for those that don’t know. And that’s where this Vader bathed in the dark side when he slaughtered his fellow Jedi.
@@luistrochez1847 his suit was literally made to be vulnerable to lightning so he wouldn’t try to betray the emperor. He was nerfed pretty bad but was still one of the strongest Jedi/sith.
This whole lesson was beautiful. Aside from the obvious visual differences (red saber, Sith eyes and menacing voice) his whole physical demeanor changes. As Anakin he's a warrior, strong, sure and graceful. As Vader he's a Juggernaut, unyielding and deliberate.

you lack conviction As Mortis father Anakin can change forms he could appear as old as he wants to be but choses to look a certain way.. Atleast they didn't go too heavy with that because a lot of people wouldn't understand😂 Even people that know about it don't understand , But the more you rewatch the more you realize what's going on he's finally found balance with the force he has 100% control of that Realm Finally taking on his destiny he didn't lose he let her win he didn't go full on.. All to teacher her a lesson

God, seeing how *confident* Anakin is in his movements now. He's not just aggressive and powerful, even in his Vader side he's slowly and methodical. He doesn't overdo it trying to just slam his saber into Ahsoka, he easily just dodges her blows and pushes her back.
Not because he's just that good, but because you can tell Anakin *knows* Ahsoka can't beat him. He knows, and so does she. Not unless she's willing to actually fight for herself.

Vader is a character you get instantly excited for when any aspect of him is presented on screen. Be it a name drop, a silhouette, a faint whisper of his breathing. You’re instantly excited
Vader is arguably the most iconic Star Wars character of all time and is one of the most iconic villains of all time. So iconic that even nearly 50 years after Vaders first appearance in a New Hope, fans STILL go crazy when they see him.

It's crazy how this received such horrible reviews. But we finally get to see Anakin accept Vader and take accountability for his actions. Other than legends and spin-off novels that’s all we get but again the way he transitions between both 👌🏼👌🏼
I agree it definitely has flaws I'm sure but Jesus it couldn't be that bad. Nothing is perfect everything has flaws.
@@anthonysandoval5512 this was my argument with everyone. At least we got live-action snips and sky guy 😭. Don’t get me wrong I would have liked to see Anakin explain to Snips about the whole Vader but we got this so everyone should be happy.

It's just that in comparison, this season seemed lackluster, but still a great season to watch nonetheless

He's literally Lord Vader at full potential, the true and much more dangerous version.
That is why you don't skip on any Star wars shows you'll never when you will see this types of event, even a simingless light harted series, if its canon you have to watch it.

I really loved how we saw his entire style change. Anakin was super finesse with the saber, Vader is just power swings and constantly pushing the position
One thing Disney got right is the fact that they didn't nerf vader.

In the movies Darther vader loses to every major force user left alive. He ranks 5th amongths 5. Sidious, obi wan, luke, yoda and vader himself. There was no other Signficant force users alive. Apparently hes so powerful but he loses to everyone else? doesnt even make sense. I dont care about the comics as theres always some kind of whacky scenario to twist what you like. But in the movies and TV adaptations all vader ever acomplished is killing rebels and other weaklings.
