I just want u to know..I have been studying sour dough for quite awhile..I tried your recipe..and although I did what u said...and only let the final period of proof go for 2 hours..cause I couldn't wait 4-8 hours...they came out incredible..I will use this recipe ...always 😂😂😂🙌❤
