    Today I tried the streching (Upper body). There is nothing like streching the spine (arms all the way up to the ceiling). It gives me a sense of total wellbeing! Thank you once again Mike. I am with you everyday mostly with 35 to 40 minutes workouts.

    Hi Mike I'm 59 an a retired hospital trained nurse of 40 years. My body is full of aches and pain however after doing both parts I feel much better. I could feel alot of bones clicking into place. I will continue every day here-on with your videos. Thankyou so much. Clare New Zealand 🇳🇿

    Great informative video. Do both upper and lower stretches every morning and they seem to help with the arthritis. I certainly feel the difference if I miss a day.

    3 exercise for today feeling the benefits for each.... Part 1 less knee pain, Part 2 clearer,& better focus in Brain my breathing has also improved.....     Mike, I've been doing Parts 1 & 2 of these stretches for quite a long time now. At the time I'd tried these I wasn't commenting. You deserve double thumbs up for them. I walk away each time I do them feeling just great! A belated thanks loads...Anastasia

    Thank you!!! THank you!!! I love all your videos! They are exactly what I need...I am 62 with osteoarthritis. When I do you videos I know that I am doing the exercise correctly and not hurting myself doing them the wrong way...which is what has happened to me in the past. THerefore injuring myself and setting me back. Again thank you so much!!

    Thank you for your video on stretching and upper body workout! Just came across them and feel really great. Felt a little stiff and achy today. I am not a senior but was in a car accident back in February and suffered some neck issues that cause me much discomfort. Besides doing what my Doctor recommend, I taking control of my health and doing what is best for me in the long term. Will keep these videos handy to do when not doing other therapies.     Thank you for the eye exercises. They are very good for me. One question: I wear sight glasses all the time. Do we do these exercises whilst wearing sight glasses or without my glasses - specially for the long distance outside focus. Thai you.

    Hi I need the stretching and general easy work out.in view of CV19 I have had 2 ops cancelled, rotator cuff and ruptured Achilles(fall) I stop when I feel pain in my shoulder and have difficulty with the marching . Am I doing more damage to myself as I do feel better for it.

      Howard I can't answer this question, best to check with your doctor in person...... It sounds like you are being cautious which is good. Movement is important, If you feel better this is a good sign. Never push into any pain!

    Good exercise video but the constant talking! A few seconds of silence would've been nice!
