    I love your exercises. It's very easy I can follow it with no problem. I'm 70 years old with 2 knee replacements. My daughter introduced you to me so now I can do it anytime. Thank you so much. Your my hero!

    Last year on the first day of the lockdown in India, I suffered from PARALYSIS of the right side. I was discharged within 2 days because of the total lock down. No Physiotherapy or other help was available on out of the hospital. I followed your strech videos part l & ll ; I recovered mobility within six weeks to the amazement of everyone. I am a senior and alone. No assistance of a caretaker was available. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

    Always love these exercises. there is so much variety and I go from strengthening to stretching exercises. I broke my knee cap last year and now I follow the strengthening leg exercises. Thank you so much Mike

    Another Canuck - love that you offer such a variety ! On a good day happily do a long video.. On lower energy days, a short one still leaves me feeling positive that I at least did “something “ !

    Hi Mike, I'm a Canadian with a rare nerve disease. My mobility is quite limited with 2 canes!! However, do I ever appreciate your exercise programs that I try to force this old body to do every day!! Thanks so much.

    I absolutely LOVE the exercises that you post. However, I am not able to cross my left leg over .... do you have any suggestions that I can do to break this immobility I have?

    Hello, thank you for these videos, they're so helpful. I have a question, I have spinal stenosis and bulging discs 3,4,5, with alot of sciatica pain. Is it safe for me to do these stretches without me causing more damage to myself?

      Movement is important for chronic painful conditions Cynthia! Not moving can cause more issues. In saying that, it's always best to check with your doctor being doing stretches and exercise!

    These are very good exercises I cannot do 2 minutes on the spot jogging Apart from that i did the whole vidieo I am 76 with five health problems l would trymto do all videios slowly Thanks

    Hi the LAST exercise for the back stretch ..is it we only extent our thoracic spine which is what I want....does it involve extension of the lumbar spine as I do not wish to do any extension of lumbar spine
    Or do you have any exercises in your any other videos just for extension of the T spine

      Yes you can, keep the leg straight for now and hug the knee to stretch the buttocks

    I heard that you need to hold a stretch for 30 seconds for it to have effect.
