I love how LE maximises *every* opportunity within the delivery game. Even if its small things like the changes to the bag (even if it didn't work lol), this man knows how to make his work easier and better. Hats off.
This job is all about being efficient. that requires adapting equipment. Even small things help, for instance I deliver on bike and I keep my lock key on a retractable keychain on my backpack so it is always there
Rivet Velcro To oustside of Bag to stick to the inside for securing bag to inside of box. Use all weather silicone seal when installing the rivets to seal them.
You are the most cheerful delivery man that I have ever met. Even crazy drivers stopping in the middle of the road doesn't faze you. Super. Stay safe bro.
Love the videos mate! I did UE, JE and Deliveroo for about 18 months. I felt it was getting quieter over the summer weeks so I went back to driving Uber taxis. Gonna be honest I miss delivering so I’ve been doing it at night for a couple weeks now but I’m going back full time again from next week… I’ve noticed my whole mood changes for the better when I’m cruising round either to the restaurant or customer ✌🏻
My new E bike came in just the other day! And pretty soon I'll be getting some thermal bags and start delivering! You and Eddie Benitez both inspired me to start!! Thank you :)
oh yeah Friday after work went for a stroll and the clouds were fiery red from the sunset...cray cray. P.S, maybe the divider needed velcro flaps or something
Enjoy watching you from my settie in Stoke,, respect fella, and your a gentleman too,, take care out there, it looks crazy, gotta have some balls do your job,, 👍
Hey bro loved watching your stuff I made a comment to you before about your amazing attitude and work ethic, and said you should earn more money and do the knowledge and become a cabbie..now I’ve watched more of your stuff I realise your studying to become a sparks.i apologise.fair play.that’s much better than being a cabbie.you’ll make a great sparkie
makes sense food i sweating in the box ....can imagine burgers sweat they go soggy ....makes sense ..want some heat to escape the box other steam build up and collects on the lid of box then cools and drips down ..... I guess this is why they say wait for cooked chicken to cool before cover it up
Yeah.. that steam thing is annoying! I always get my orders wet of that reasson. I guess food is really hot when they give you and bag is really holding that heat inside.
So frustrating at the moment, I'm still waiting for Deliveroo to take me off their waiting list... been waiting since July :( more frustrating a guy who started a week before me. Got an email to say he can start on the app... I hope I don't have to wait too much longer..
So do deliveroo pay you more for the delivery than the buyer themselves gets charged? Like you got £10.43 for one order from Nando's... did the buyer get charged that much (or more?) - not quite sure how this rider payment model works!
The restuarant pays deliveroo 25%-35% of the order total, in addition to whatever the customer is paying in delivery fee, service fee etc on the app. So no, the customer isn't paying the total amount of money that is being paid to the rider - they will have some sort of algorithm that decides the payment for the order which pays the rider from both buyer and restaurant fees that are paid to deliveroo.
Cool video , always good points made in the content , like in the last video when you mentioned the dodgy shopping/gym bag things some delivery guys use , Its also annoying to see the ones without a bag and just put it all on the floor of the car !!! And this time with the over done bags , haha I have had the same problem , the paoer bags soak up condensation so fast Ive had a few rip but no spill , apart from the time 4 Mcdonalds drinks fell through the bottom of the damp paper bag as I handed it over !!! I always leave a gap and try to seperate hot from cold if possible Im also looking forward to see if I can earn more now winter is here soon , I started last December so nearly 1 year for me , looking back Ive earned ok on Deliveroo but Uber isnt very good , cheers
Another great video London eats. And thats a good amount of money eained for 3.5 hours. With the companies I work for I have to work at least 7 hours to get that amount 😭
typical British weather lol press record get soaked. some good scores made tonight some drivers asleep lol keep rocking a rolling on to the next one. keep safe
Very interesting channel you have. You must get good takeaway recommendations from customers or can you get a better idea where the orders are coming from?
Nice video. I'm also delivering for deliveroo here in Singapore. Does deliveroo UK fare calculation differs from mode of transport? Example: bicycle vs ebike/scooter vs motorcycle
@@NolleogChrex do u mean. For a similar order. Same merchant to same customer location. The fees for a bicycle rider or a motorcycle/motorcar is exactly the same?
Hello london eats i watch all your videos i want to ask that i m coming to uk on a dependant spouse visa and i want to know if i work full time uber and deliveroo delivery rider in london how much in a day can be made i m coming in december ?
Great to see how there pushing this cashless society with these types of shops making everyday things disappear what happened to walking to the shop using cash
Soon you'll have a sofa and TV in that box mate lol

I always come out of my flat to meet my drivers I always feel bad having a driver have to figure out and navigate how to get through the building xD
Thank you. I appreciate customers who come outside. I drive for Uber Eats, Maryland USA ❤️

Love watching these videos, relaxing and intersting. Keep it up.
deliveroo has been so good when theres boosts of 1.3x on sundays, except for when theres orders in town. Glasgow city centre is hectic

Nice video! I watch every video the last 2 months.. greetings from Germany
What's the alarm you use when you park your bike? Might be from an old video but looking to get one for mine for added protection
I’ve never seen a light in a delivery bag before. Light work 💡
The guy just added he's on stuff maybe he loves it that way, just hopefully he doesn't add TV inside
When they say 5m it will be 15 , 2m will be 10 and 10m will be 30m 😂😂😂

Get yourself some hi viz stuff man especially now winter coming
What bag do you have in the top box? Is it the large bag from deliveroo?
Can international students do this

It does not, but algorithm will give you longer orders for cars/motordriven ofc

Bro what bike are using. I am looking for a good bike I work for Foodora in Sweden as a courier
I enjoy watching your videos
It would be fun to see you do an episode where you only pick up stuff from that store
which ebike do you use?
The URL you added for the box doesn't seem to be working
Thanks for letting me know just updated
Keep it up bro
Why do some orders have codes and others not?
I think its based on two things, order value and if the customer has reported undelivered orders before
@@LondonEats interesting, i've only ever had it with Rappi in Colombia/Mexico. Didn't seem to have any rhyme or reason to it.

How much range was left on the niu after the shift bro? Thinking of getting one.

M8 we don't need you stay were you are, We have enough of you around here
Don't know about London, but round here, the people in the more "affluent" areas tip way less often than those in the less well off ones.
It's why they're well off. They tip because of service not obligation.
Cant wait to get a pubic mega box.
