Between 1000m efforts, around 1.5minutes. As much time as walking 200m to the start of the effort. For the 400m efforts, rest was betweeen 15 and 25 seconds

Meanwhile it's displayed on the screen that it's a full rest between the 400m reps. Something just isn't adding up
