    It's great that you are filming how to do all the little finite steps in tearing it all apart and putting it back together. I would just permanently take that sway bar off, you really don't need it, and it limits your articulation on the trail.

      Precisely why Ford's ratio choice was not a good idea IMO. Small ring gears with aggressive ratios is a recipe to have exactly what happened to him here.

    Man, glad you got everything back together! Nice work! So is that oem parts you put back on? Wonder how they were able to get those. Same thing happened to my 19 Ford Ranger. Was the whole unit. Now I have the badlands Bronco so i have a beefier front Diff.

    I can’t remember if you said it in the previous post, but is the replacement from a Sasquatch equipped model? The extra torque from the tire and rim upgrade probably did a number on the differential along with the impact. Great video Bill!

    • @EvilleTruck
      @EvilleTruck  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      stock wheels are +55 offset, the ones I am replacing are a 0 offset which moved them a bit too far ou, I like the poke but have the big show wheels and tires ( -44 ) when ever I want that look now, so going to split the difference with something around a +18 or round about to bring it back in a little bit, but not too far so can run 37's without having to worry about any rubbing.
