@Ady P absolutely no idea what you are talking about-
Jacob is exactly the right man for the job .... Politics just got interesting 🇬🇧😄
He is for the mega rich and nobody else..
Michael Rowsell He’s not at all
We need someone like him
It makes things a lot more entertaining
Yeah that's why he moved most of his business interest to Dublin, if you think this upper class snob born with a silver spoon in his mouth is concerned about the ordinary hard working brit then you are in for a very rude awakening
Your the biggest chav since Birmingham.
As an actual right winger I'm not the biggest fan of the Conservatives, but JRM never seems to fail to have me nodding. Is he like the only good one or something?
Ross Holt Patel and Raab are normally rather reliable also.
Patel? Nope. JRM is great.
Great comment!
@Ross. So what is your brand of "right wing" (genuine question - it's a broad church)
@@gentlemanjim480 I believe in free market solutions to social problems and less government interference in the economy. Basically, leave people alone and besides any monopoly laws, let society form itself based completely on individualism and meritocracy.
His last words in the clip "I feel in many ways fortunate".......
Indeed Jacob, it is "We" who are fortunate to be alive at this time to witness and enjoy your wit, knowledge and decent values.
He's Boring
I certainly don't think he is!
To be as eloquent and as witty like this requires dojo training from a very early age. This man was investing and reading the Financial Times when he was still in single digits
This gentleman is an uttermost bloody genius.
JRM is a needle in a haystack when it comes to be a truly good politician.
eloquent, humourous and well-informed.
Interesting how the appeaser always sidelined him.
he is for the mega rich.
jadexleah x No
It's a act like the johnson act.
I love listening to him, half the time I don't understand the words he uses.😂😂😂
On both sides of the house there are a few politicians who do not need the money, do not want the fame (or infamy) but are there out of conviction. Love him or loathe him J R-M is one of those.
Love him Paul.
Paul Rone-Clarke ‘He has been one of the most prominent backers of a hard Brexit and, last year, it was revealed that a City firm he co-founded had set up an investment fund in Ireland and was warning prospective clients about the financial dangers of a hard Brexit’.
And what a jolly coincidence his policies help the very rich and the corporate funders of the Tories.
@@Josegiantsfanforlife If he can make money from the pound falling then why can't you? Not all of us see ourselves as mere peasants. I emptied my bank account into dollars the day before the referendum and then bought back in pounds the next day. I made a small fortune!!

Genuinely funny. Very Intelligent but underneath incredibly tough.
Oh my Goodness!! Between Boris Johnson and Jacob Rees-Mogg - the British House of Commons will be the MOST FUN ACTION TO WATCH.... AND RIGHTEOUSNESS FINALLY COMING BACK TO THE BRITISH PEOPLE.... These two are full of Witt and GREATNESS....
I think he's a charming man, I can't see why people hate him.
Because they are jealous.
Because he is a right wing, elitist tool who is disconnected completely from the british public.

Contrast him with gob on legs Jess Phillips.
And yet JRM is great friends with Jess Phillips. Opposites attract I guess.

Why are you so stupid?
I am a Conservative party voter
Jacob Rees MOGG a breath of Fresh Air a great LEADER of the HOUSE.
Help this sap
I fundamentally disagree with him on Brexit, but I love hearing him eloquently destroy the opposition
iv been a labour man all my life but mogg is a breath off fresh air to debate
A parliamentarian who throws an insult, jibe or put down to Rees-Mogg is a brave man indeed.
A video of Jacob's best moments should be over 1000 hours in length.
And his worst would last years 😂
Our country is so fortunate to have this true Gentleman given the voice to use so eloquently , a joy to listen to for those with the love of English, a standard to emulate........PLEASE

Tom Brake: so hard up, he cannot afford a tie for his reasonably-priced suit.
First class speaker ...quite brilliant
Go on Boris unleash the Mogg
And to think Surrey Heath Conservatives selected Michael Gove to be their MP instead of JRM. I was there at the vote and had to entertain both of them whilst the Members voted. JRM was very shy hence why Gove won but hasn't JRM come on leaps and bounds now. He is superb, love his sense of humour

This guy is awesome! MEGA
Not a Conservative myself, more a pure liberal (libertarian to those over the pond) but I will vote for them for the 1st time (aged 36) to help Brexit if needed and to stop Corbyn because at least Boris, JRM, Javid are likeable, optimistic and determined to try and fix the mess previous PMs have left us in. They seem to at least believe in this country and, whilst I'm no flag-waving Royalist or anything like that, I am sick to death of all the negativity and self-loathing which has infected so many.

Brilliant move by Boris.
Boris & Jacob is just such an exciting and formidable pairing. The fiasco over Covid does not detract from this.
To our foreign friends, his accent is Received Pronunciation, and is strictly ENGLISH!

sorry misread that comment lol.
Seems to me that the greater, more robust minds are on the side of leave, whereas those on the side of remain strike me more as screeching harlots by comparison. It almost seems an unequal match up!
He sees politics from every angle he spends time learning about what the opposition is about and never puts himself above anyone he treats everyone as equals great to see him where he belongs
That is absolutely false and its a bit strange that you think that is the case without irony. To use on example, his attitude to gay marriage is despicable, and anything other than supporting homosexual people's right to. Arty the person they love is awful and nothing even close to the person you described
Brilliant, witty banter!!

I find it extremely difficult to understand how anyone could dislike JRM. He's a witty intelligent gentleman who's talks are not only informative but factually accurate, something which sadly is lacking with many in Westminster.
