Jack by far the funniest how to video I’ve seen in a long time. The spitting, the prying. The PG rating with all the self inflicting battle wounds. You did great. Saw rocks. I think that flat plate in front of sprocket is called an inner chain guard. I replace with the 660 plate same as 500I but thicker. Factory plate super thin and nothing but expensive plastic behind that plate. Jack make sure you get a couple extra filters for the max flow and that oil to recharge filter was tough to find. Even Amazon order got screwed up for filter oil. Filters get filthy quickly. Have a great weekend sir.
@@BW35bucket lol, but it's a how "Not" to 😂😂 talk to Jake ( dude ranch) about that oil for those filters ... he has yet to oil his filter and he's been running the max flow for over a year without it.... I have heard the same thing about them getting filthy though 🤷♂️ thanks buddy 🤜🤛
Oh there were a few muted moments, as I try and keep it as pg as possible here. I don't like doing long videos, but it was hard not to include my struggles. Appreciate ya stopping by Lyle, thanks ✌️
Well I got to know this one pretty well that day 😂 I wished it could have been one and done, instead of over an hour of sweating bullets out in the heat that day 🤷♂️ I still had fun, and got it done so that's all that matters. Thanks Kenny 🍻
Man, that day was a pain in my butt, we got thru it though and figured out where I went wrong. We learn as we go, and mistakes make us do it right the 2nd or 3rd time around 😂 Thanks brother 🤜🤛
Jack, you be careful with the Saw my Friend. I do like the upgrade you are doing to it. Be out of Commission for awhile. Looks like Monday or Tuesday I am being Scheduled for Heart Surgery. About 2months off doing things, for my Firewood Cutting. But give me plenty of time to Watch some Great Video's by you Woodhounds. I do my Saws every month also. Clean the Roller Berring and Re-Grease it, Clean it out with a Air Compressor (after each use). Use an Electronic Cleaner on it, WD-40 fast dri. Taking good care of them like We do and they Last. Great Video and Keep in Touch. Ron from the Woodyard in Duanesburg NY.
Ron I wish you a speedy recovery my friend. Take it easy and don't rush Into stuff. By fall you can get out and play again. I need to take care of the saw more frequently than I do for sure.
Yeah, it's something a lot of folks tend to look over and forget about. I could have let mine go for longer, but while I had it apart went ahead and just took care of it. Thanks 🍻
Thanks for the shout out brother I appreciate it! I need to get better at keeping my saws clean, I always forget about them. Good job with the upgrade, the saw looks awesome!
Mr. Al, we're doing pretty good. Down in the Carolinas for a little vacation. So we're Definitely enjoying ourselves. Appreciate ya stopping by , hope you're doing great!!!
I always forget about amazon. I need to come up with bracket to hold my pump in dump trailer down. Awesome how not to video haha
I need to delete Amazon 😂😂 we have the opposite problem. Thanks Matt

I'm definitely not perfect my friend, I just do my best and do it 3 or 4 times until I'm happy sometimes 😂✌️ thank you
Since I sharpen my chains on grinder I’m always keeping the saws clean when I swap out the chains
I'm just lazy and grab them and go !!😂 I need to do better thanks Joe
Great tutorial Jack, thought I was the only one to have these type of mod/tutorial videos go wrong lol
