2. Make a mixture of Sea Salt and Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
1 Tablespoon of Baking Soda
Wet a Soft Bristle Toothbrush
Use the toothbrush to stir the mixture
Brush your teeth for about 3 minutes
3. Create a mouth rinse from Hydrogen peroxide and water
1/4 cup of Hydrogen Peroxide (1% - 3%)
1/4 cup of water
Swish for 3 minutes
DO NOT SWALLOW. Spit out.

There's baking soda in a lot of tooth paste. You probably brush with baking soda often without even knowing it. It isn't gonna be anymore abrasive than a toothbrush is that's how you clean teeth. Mild abrasion and toothpaste

I know you're a doctor but i don't think this works on people with damaged teeth, baking soda can be very aggressive. If you have cavity or something it can attack that area even more. If you have severe gum bleeding it can also damage it even further. '

I agree with you. And peroxide can be aggressive too, even diluted. I rinsed once, and experienced a dull toothache for days. Not to mention, I don't know how peroxide reacts with composites

Layers under your teeth, your teeth can be yellow and be perfectly healthy, just probably needs the next step of cleaning with a dentist, then make sure you keep them brushed morning and night to keep the yellow from getting trapped in layers again!
