    I have the same issue but my dentist is in the conventional camp. No wholistic dentists in my area. Thanks for sharing.

      I totally get it. My dentist is conventional too. As soon as I started to say what I did, you can see their eyes kind of glaze over and say "whatever seems to work for you." So I understand... but it definitely shouldn't stop any of us from making changes that could help. Hopefully this will give you some ideas of what you can do!

    I want to try some if this. Just got diagnosed with gingivitis myself. I brush and floss, but i used a eater flosser because even the thinist floss gets stuck in my teeth and it hurts so bad to get the floss out. I literally have to yank mad i get tears. The dentist just had me scheduled for a pariodntal cleaning, bit when i asked what i could do in the meantime, other than flossing or brushing and mouthwash and they just told me to come in for my coeaningnin November.
