- To be honest, the bait this time was a bit overturned. I used to make purple and white rice by myself before, and there was a little black rice in the village. I thought it should be the same, so I used black rice as bait. Result It's completely different. Black rice has a harder texture and is not as soft and sticky as purple and white rice, which causes me to spend three times more time kneading the bait before I can barely use it. Due to its poor stickiness, the bait cannot be spread out very thinly and is made extremely ugly. However, its ugliness does not mean it is not delicious. After being roasted, its taste is very good. The taste of black rice is fragrant, and the surface is not as soft and sticky as purple rice bait. The outer layer is crispy, making it feel better to eat.
Without further ado, today is another day of doing it yourself and having plenty of food and clothing.

Oh, this looks like "fan tuan". The black rice has less gluten I think so it doesn't bind. But it still looks really tasty. Very beautiful home as well. 🙂
