Yunnan people's love for mint is unique. We generally collect medicinal mint for its medicinal effects, and what we eat every day is actually mint leaves. For Yunnan people, the aroma of mint leaves is always mixed with the aroma of beef and mutton, and aroma of fried potato and pork ribs. In spring, it refreshes the mind and relieves fatigue; in summer, it cools and relieves heat; in autumn, it relieves sore throat, promotes skin eruption and relieves fatigue; in winter, it disperses wind-heat and resists wind-cold. With meat, mint leaves relieve greasily; with vegetables, mint leaves enhance the flavour. Therefore, mint leaves have become one of the favourite foods of the Yunnan people. There are so many ways to cook mint leaves, so they’re on our table all year round, and they’ve also become a refreshing dish on the dining table in Yunnan.

I might get torn apart by some commenters out there for this, but I'll post it anyway: for me personally, the most essential things to learn about another culture is how peace and happiness is kept in the family home.
Books and large sweeping articles about different places in the world are helpful and informative for general knowledge, but for me I don't feel like I can actually begin to **understand** a people until I've seen how they maintain an atmosphere of warmth and connectedness with those who matter most to them, and how their family units interact with one another. Obviously, there's a lot of their daily life we don't see, but generally speaking, I feel like I've learned so much more about the actual people of China through videos like these than I ever did through dry, sterile documentaries that don't even touch upon the "common people" themselves.

My 2 grandchildren also make numerous toilet humor jokes lol. But I as the grandmother am the one they tell all the jokes to lol plus I daycare them as they are a bit younger than these fine children.
My grandkiddos help me in the garden and with cooking and i could only wish they stayed young forever to keep helping. Lol well maybe not the 19 month old. I am seriously looking forward to him being toilet trained fully lol. Lucky for me the back yard is private enough so one notices him running for the bushes lol

薄荷，艾草，视频中的材料，不仅仅只有薄荷，核心材料是艾草，我不知你们的国家有没有艾草，没有的话，用一种能杀菌消炎的草药，艾草的功效：去湿、散寒、止血、消炎、平喘、止咳、安胎、抗过敏，是中国最万能的草药，中国在每年三月三日这一天，做为食物配料做成食品，抵抗湿冷天气对身体的影响，湿热天气同样适用，女人生了小孩，用艾草煮水洗浴，也是中国最常见的野草，路边就有，我想英文可能翻译不出来它的功效作用
