美食家蔡澜说过：无论你偏好何种美食，最后都会不约而同爱上越南米粉。最近重温了很多越南的文学书籍，还喜欢上了一个越南博主的下饭视频，所以今天决定做一顿越南河粉。
这就是我在村里没事时候的普通一天。做饭、吃饭，从一些日常的事情中找到内心的平静。感受自己与自然的融合，不急不躁，随心自在。
以前在发达的各种信息的影响之下，看到谁谁谁又怎样怎样，无形之中的努力及攀比让人喘不过气，忘了生活的本质，村里的独处时光，让我找回了为什么而活，要怎样努力。不盲目，反而更有动力区热爱生活，热爱自己的一切。

大家好，我是赵慢慢，回村已经五个月了， 乡村生活越来越得心应手。今天邻居给了几条洱海鱼，我拿它做了一份地道的酸辣鱼。酸辣鱼是白族人民心中排行第一的美味，我之前也做过，但是做的不多，主要还是去外面饭店吃，或者爸爸在家的时候就爸爸做。今天的挑战主要来自于处理鱼，我第一次处理鲜活的鲤鱼，它们在手里挣扎的时候还有点害怕，所以有一条鱼的鳃没有处理得很好，幸好苦胆、内脏什么得都处理干净了，不然鱼吃着会有苦味和腥味。乡村生活安静惬意，成功治愈了我的焦虑，希望看视频得你也能从中获得片刻得宁静。

实话实说，这次的饵块有点翻车。我之前自己鼓捣过紫米和白米的，村子里有一点黑米，我想着应该也一样，就用了黑米做饵块。结果...根本不一样。黑米质地较硬，不像紫米和白米那样软糯，导致我多花3倍的时间揉饵块，才勉勉强强可以用。由于黏性不算很好，饵块摊开的时候摊不了多薄，做得也是极其丑陋。但是，它丑不代表它不好吃。它烤熟之后口感非常可以。黑米的味道香香的，表皮不似紫米饵块那样软糯，外皮有一层焦脆，感觉更好吃了。 不多说，今天又是自己动手，丰衣足食的一天。

佤味菜根牛皮一直是我爱吃的，今天闲来无事，自己动手解解馋。不知不觉回村已经有一段时间了，要说改变较大的地方，肯定是学会了与自然万物和谐共处。这可不是一句空的口号，比如原来在城里受不了一丁点的灰，现在回村感觉灰尘也是世间万物的一部分，不是那么的讨厌了；原来在城里看到小虫子可能会尖叫害怕，现在在田间地头看见各种虫子还会蹲下来观察一番，感觉万物可爱。真切的在生活中放慢脚步，感受着天地万物，心灵也跟着敞亮了起来。凡是自然的东西都是缓慢的，太阳一点点升起，一点点落下；花一瓣瓣的开，一瓣瓣地落下；稻谷金色成熟，都是慢慢来的。慢下来，相信好事就会发生。

Does your cat's name mean "Shorty"? The sauce looks good for this dish. I looked up the "fructus tsaoko" and it translates to "black cardamom" and says it has a flavor a little like ginger? Seems like that is a unique plant that grows locally in Yunnan. The "papaya" you use is actually what we call "quince" in English. I think in Chinese you use the same word "mu gua" to describe both, but they are different fruits. "Papaya" I think is 番木瓜. 🙂
Yes, duanduan means "Short" when translated. We always look for some more vulgar and interesting words to name pets, thinking that it can bring some good luck. In our local area, both "quince" and "Papaya" are collectively referred to as mugua (木瓜), and when cooking fish, "quince" is used. Its taste is very sour and suitable for seasoning.

Then, mix the diced onion and fava beans, add lemon vinegar, salt, monosodium glutamate, and a large amount of cilantro, and stir well 2. Fava bean cake Stir the glutinous rice flour with water until it is thick, add fresh broad beans, add a drop of salt and rub it into strips, cut it into corresponding sizes with a knife, and finally steam it in a pot. 3. Braised Rice with Broad Bean Add rice, water, and cooking oil. Cook over heat in a clay pot until half cooked, then add fava beans and your favorite dishes. Add salt, soy sauce, and grass fruits, and continue to cook over heat until fully cooked
