Mr. Make It Happen, for the pan seared Salmon, you stated after basting it with butter to pop it in the oven. How long and or can that step be skipped? Thanks!😊
With salmon cakes, I tend to just hand chop Don’t use the food processor, and mix it in with the vegetables instead of using pre-cooked salmon. I find the salmon is so much more moist just by sautéing it in the frying pan. I then put the ball into the fridge raider for an hour or two and it tends to soak up the breadcrumbs or Panko, and keep the patties really nicely shaped. They don’t fall apart as you cook them. Love your videos. Take care.💋

They have so many seasonings I would never see in stores. I have two locations by me I purchase my seasonings. I’m trying to use up some things before I purchase more. I made myself that promise I probably have 80+ various seasons.

I cook my salmon one way and one way only: olive oil in the pan, light salt, lemon & pepper seasoning, and dill. 450° for roughly 24-27min, depending on the size of fillet(s). Voila, presto, abracadabra lol, whatever you prefer, it's quick and easy with minimal prep time. For best results, let it marinade in the spices in the fridge for anywhere from a couple hours to as long as overnight to absorb the flavors. But now that you've shown me how you cook salmon, come see how I catch them❤💪😎👍

Hi just a tip for you you could just use a folk to format the patties instead of using your hands it's much easier trust me just put the folk against the bowl with the Salmon you will thank me later but you are definitely a Chef and a very good one you and AB I LIKE HIM TOO

I grew up eating it so i guess that does matter n play a factor in foods u like n dislike. I've tried it baked but it doesn't hit da spot like the grilled foil packs imp! I think I overcooked my salmon filets. I added the cut lemons 🍋 and it wasn't all that great at all. I won't do that again. It gave the Salmon a awful taste! I learned my lesson 😂😂
