    If your signal lights flash too fast, then this part is your hyperflash solution. It is very easy to install and does not require any special tools as it plugs right into the OEM harness. This component works with the following signal configurations:
    1. All stock
    2. Stock taillight, aftermarket signals
    3. Integrated taillight, stock signals
    4. Integrated taillight, aftermarket signals.
    We designed this part to fit exactly like the OEM part so the installation is very simple.

    For the 2022 z650, might be 2020 - 2023, The flasher relay is on the Left side of the bike kind of above the horn. Take off the front fairing and you'll see a bank of relays. The one you want is mounted behind those. it'll be on a rubber...thingy. Put rubber thingy on the clip on the new flasher relay and hang back where you found it. you don't have to take off the whole front fairing, but it makes it much easier if you do. I even took off the very front fairing.

    This is located on the clutch handle side of the bike under the plastic shrouds at the front of the bike on the 2020 model. You will not have remove the plastic around the key.

      @@lukeofearth1036 We have a 2020 Ninja 650 in the house and that bike has different connectors onthe rear signals. The tail light connection has not changed. I wonder if the signal connectors is what you meant. We are already selling a sub-sku of this light with the new connectors.

    If you add you TST rear integrated tail light but you do not add the front turn signals. Do you still place the LED flasher relay? Will the LED flasher relay work with the stock OEM front flashers? thanks

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Changing even one set of signals will precipitate a faster flash rate. If you are ok with the faster flash then you can potentially just leave it alone. But if you are using sequences in your tail light, the signal sequence will not light up all the LEDs so you are shortchanging yourself unless you get that flash rate back to OEM rate. And yes, our relay is compatible with mixed signaling devices so tail light in rear and oe fronts will work just fine.

    Any idea where the flasher relay is on a 2020 Kawasaki ZH2

    • @TSTindustries

      In examining parts fiche I found that the relay hangs on a frame fitting that is screwed to the bosses in front of the steering tube.

    Can confirm if the z650RS has it on the same location? that means i have to remove the tank cause it doesn't have a top cover like that. thats a lot of work for just a relay replacement.
    I ordered the tst echo pods, hopefully i wont need to replace the flasher relay.

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I looked at parts fiche for the RS model and it looks like the relay is mounted under the seat, up above the rear wheel. Much easier access than up front.

    I have a 2020 Z650 and i bought the set and installed them and they look awesome. However, I couldn't find the relay because it is not in the same place as shown in the video, so by any chance, you would know the answer ? otherwise awesome products.

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  4 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      According to parts fiche the relay is hung on a steel bracket on the left side of the bike just above the horn. This now mimics the exact setup that the Ninja 650 has. We currently do not have a video showing the installation but if you remove the left panel that has the Z sticker on it behind the headlight and below the fuel tank, you will find the relay.

      I believe that bike has a two position plug on the relay. If you take a photo and send it to us through our support email on our website we can make you one that will fit. What would be even better, is if you sent us the relay. This way we can turn it around for you and send you one that we have tested to definitely work on your bike.
