Quick and Easy Breakfast | simple breakfast with farm fresh eggs

This is a short and sweet video just so I can get something out they’re this week. Next Sunday I will sharing some of our meals we eat in the week as well as a family favorite dessert (that people would pay me to make!) .

6 farm fresh eggs
4 strips bacon
1/2 small onion
1 -1/2 cups broccoli
1/4 cup sharp white cheddar
1/4 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
In a cast iron skillet sauté bacon, onion, and broccoli until bacon is slight crispy and veggies are tender ( you can always cook the bacon first alone to make crispier but I’m impatient). In a bowl mix eggs, cheese, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Pour into cast iron skillet along with bacon and veggies and stir frequently until completely cooked. Serve with sourdough toast with a jam or apple butter for a sweet and savory plate!
