Doesn't surprise me at all. Especially with the way things are going out there with vehicle prices, minimum wage catching up to working peoples pay, prices continuing to rise, etc. And with the price of new cars lately.....yikes. Do you really blame the tech at the service center for not wanting to make a quick extra buck by accidentally leaving the keys in a finished vehicle followed by a text from a burner phone.
One of the main reasons I do my own services to my vehicles because even the dealer you got your vehicle from is shady af. Time to man up and take care of your own stuff everyone, you'll save a few bucks and learn a thing or two about what you take for granted.
