Fix stiff door handle and lock in caravan or motorhome door

Good video, how do I get the spring back in loaded. Keeps popping out. My lock is very stiff. Used grease and everything I think I need to sand down a lot

With a flat screwdriver and quite a bit of force! It will go but might need some encouragement.

Getting that washer off is not easy without the right tool. It is called a "circlip", and will need a pair of circlip pliers to remove it.

You need to use silicone grease on the shaft to stop any water getting inside so use it library it’ll last longer before you need to do it again cheers
