When she arrived the studio, she told TC (his songwriter friend) that better late than never. TC said let's make it a song "thats so jessica (😂) & they made it in 1 hour!

Amber has always been more of a singer than rapper. She got into SM for her singing, she used to be in her church choir. Every song she's released since leaving SM has been more of pop ballad style.

You should listen to Amber's Beautiful album. Shake That Brass is kind of an outlier on that album. It's mostly soft pop and EDM ish. She doesn't usually rap and only made it her title track cause that's the only way SM would let her release her album.

I think overtime her voice does change from before( in a good way). Her voice was thin(?) I don't know if that's the correct word, and now her voice sounds more thicker I guess. Maybe that's why her voice sometimes sound similar with Taeyeon's voice
When watching the clips from her Macao concert in last month, it's seems like she is start to get rids of some bad habits when she was in SM, I can see the girl who sang "The greatest Love", "Hero" and "Heaven" is back
GIGIG is my favorite and I prefer the Beep Beep (Korean version) because it just flowed so well. The other three songs were not my favorite with Set me Free being my least favorite when it comes to the instrumentals and production.
you really gotta react to her stages in china. People kept saying that Jessica didn't improve her singing but in reality she just doesn't like to show off much and when she does, ooofff totally blows us away. But really she is thriving in China, she went all out there!
