Yeah, there'd be no startup or recovery frames, no hitstun or blockstun, and everything would cancel into everything else, especially being able to block halfway through that unsafe move you just threw out.

Its amasing how everything the opponent does is "random", but every move he does is "planned".
From all the whining he does it sounds like the ideal fighting game would be one where the opponent tells you exactly what moves they’re gonna do in advance and then he just wins, that or he just wants champions as a fighting game.
Yeah, there'd be no startup or recovery frames, no hitstun or blockstun, and everything would cancel into everything else, especially being able to block halfway through that unsafe move you just threw out.

The thing is that Phil actually wins many matches and memology101 still manages to make a 40 minute video of pure obnoxius salt.
He only wins because he relies on his opponent not knowing the match up and playing a pattern of blanka ball/honda headbutt, grabs and super/ex reversal.
It's the reason why he gets perfected so often, as soon as they learn how his character fights and figure out his pattern, he's done
And you can see it in the longer sets, when he gets rematched with the same people, they start mopping him once they figure it out. @@giova2704
