Hello Ken, I am from India. Loved your videos. India is a huge country. The best way to explore real India would be to ask a guide about the good places that can provide satisfactory results. Be it a barber shop or a supermarket, there all types of varies. In India, there are places for people with very low budget and places that are better than other popular countries in the world. It's quite diverse.

Well, Ken, that's a nice shave, a job well done by the barber. Visiting supermarket and day market are always not forgotten when you visit a new country. Thanks for bringing us along in the tour. Oh gosh, l haven't come across a supermarket where prices of goods are not displayed on the shelves 😅 Maybe that's a mini market. Great content, great video and l have a great time watching it. Thank you very much for sharing. Have a good weekend, Ken.
No no no the Supermarket guy was so wrong, most of the big supermarkets have price displayed on the shelf, The onne you went was a small Local SM so there were no prices displayed on the shelf.
The white soap he use after shave called ALUM. Which use for antibacterial . Also the price u seen on super markets are MRP (Maximum Retail Prices), which means nobody can sell over that price. So u can go any store in India and that Oreo cookies price same.
Ohh.. I wanted to see you exploring more places in india. India is a diversified country and exploring India is like exploring so many countries. You should visit Goa to see more beautiful beaches and Himachal for mountains view, also visit Rishikesh for Yoga and river rafting. Let me know if you plan for my place Jaipur Rajasthan.

After shaving the barber rubbing on yr face was not ice it is shaving allum.. It protects skin from any small cut or bruise nd protects from any infection while shaving
Yo mate here in India we use horn to communicate and indicate to those who drive alongside with you in the road 😌💁 for example if you are overtaking a bus you honk to the bus to know that you are overtaking 🌝
I live in Germany and what i dont like in Europe is that every shop has its onw pricing. In India we have a MRP(maximum retail price ) cap and u as a customer cannot b fooled
Hey Ken, don't forget to Explore beaches at Udupi, murdeshwar, Mangalore (karnataka state) , Kerala, assam, ladakh.... These are few fantastic places and there are many many more places in India to explore..
It is mandatory by Govt of India to have MRP (Maximum Retail Price) on all the products Packets. So across India products costs are consistent. So, in most large supermarkets, they will display price.. Small supermarkets or shops don't display price as it is the same price listed behind. In some case, large supermarket give further discounts on MRP
Hey Ken, You visited one of the small convenience store chain like 7 eleven which is smaller than a big super market. However big supermarket chains like Reliance Retail, D Mart, Big Bazaar, Nature’s Basket, Spencers, LuLu, Hypercity, Spar, 24Seven, Metro are similar to Walmart or Kaufland. These supermarkets will have price and discount labels on the shelves. Wish you could have visited Bandra, Andheri and Dadar which would have provided you with a much better glimpse of Mumbai city. The city is huge and a densely populated cosmopolitan. You must explore the local cuisine of Maharashtra as well at some prominent eateries in these areas. Where are you headed next?
Bargaining is 100% a part of the culture in the west also. It just happens for bigger items. You want to buy a car, a house, you can bet there is bargaining. In the US you can even negotiate your medical bill. And for even bigger things, it is called 'negotiating' and there are fancy-shmancy courses on it taught in exorbitantly priced business schools.
There is a supermarket chain called D-Mart in every major city of India. They have price tags on the racks. I was surprised that the supermarket in the video didn't have one.
Hi ken ... It's great to watch your videos.. as I am from India my thought is Indian people like to blow horns as for too much traffic and crowds.. as everyone is in a hurry to reach their destination...
Whenever you come back, do give a chance to serve. Loved your content and your way of presentation different from others and I guess I'll be sticking with you forever.
You can also visit Dmarts and malls in Mumbai..they are very big and have variety of options..also Ikea and Diy showrooms if u want to buy cheaper household products..there are variety of tasty food options both veg and non veg in mumbai..Vadapav, pavbhaji, chaats are local dishes and really very tasty..hope u enjoy your trip
For beaches you should definitely go to goa and for mountains you should go to kashmir, srinagar(himachal paradesh) and for deserts you should go to Jaisalmer (rajasthan) these all places are in india
I 've been 9 times in India every time for 4 weeks on a roundtrip and I did not see half of the country. You can go there a lifetime long and see new things every day.

Local supermarkets don’t have price tags. Some do have but if you go to branded Marts owned by big companies, you will always find a price tag there.
Yo mate here in India we use horn to communicate and indicate to those who drive alongside with you in the road 😌💁 for example if you are overtaking a bus you honk to the bus to know that you are overtaking 🌝

Wow lovely guys enjoy all around in India thanks for sharing
For shave , please ask the hotel you are staying at
They will assist you with it
In the hotel toiletries are available
Hey Ken,
You visited one of the small convenience store chain like 7 eleven which is smaller than a big super market.
I like your style of vlogging, so clam.
4:00 it's alum(phitkari)
works as antiseptic after shave.
This was a local supermarket, rest other chains like Dmart have prices written on the shelves. I hope you would read this.
Ken very nice video. Love ur accent and politeness all through. Only thing you mentioned is Juhu chowpatty but it's Girgaon Chowpatty.....
Sad to hear you are leaving India. It would have been good if you came to South India
Mumbai is south India, no?
It's not south India but South Mumbai he was in@@KayKapone1

There is a supermarket chain called D-Mart in every major city of India. They have price tags on the racks. I was surprised that the supermarket in the video didn't have one.

The lady at the end talking about tattoo. She was very sweet :)

I 've been 9 times in India every time for 4 weeks on a roundtrip and I did not see half of the country. You can go there a lifetime long and see new things every day.
Hey ken! Do visit India again , and cover states like himachal/kashmir/Punjab and north eastern states of India.
Jio mart is India's best convenience store you can visit.
And for a good experience you can visit shopping malls.
I hope this tips will help❤😊
