I actually almost cried a bit when here. Im a singlet but I relate very strongly to Amy's worries and self isolation, so it was very touching to get a glimpse of the sort of self love your alters show each other.
Welcome Amy! I know things might be hard sometimes, but take your time and do things at your own pace. Just know there are people out there who love and support you, whenever that's inside of your system or outside it. You're allowed to be there. Never forget that.
