When this game popped up in my feed I kinda dismissed it since it basically looked like TO THE TOP, albeit more modernized. Seeing a more in depth review definitely made it look more appealing, as now I can see the additional hazards and features over TTT, but I think I may still reserve it for a steam sale or for when how you said the devs said they will eventually add more content. Just because 20$ is a little hefty still imo, like STRIDE is 12$ rn on sale and it's sorta a similar premise (parkour just with guns instead of monkee) but that also has multiplayer too so I feel it has a bit more value to price ratio
I dismissed it too. And yeah 20 is probably a bit steep, especially if your not gonna try and do it all. I think I’ll probably get 7-10 hours out of it right now with all the challenges. In its current state it would be great for Viveport Infinity.
just got this through the humble bundle store after seeing your review and have been really enjoying it! got it for $12 and your review was one of the reasons I bought it. Thank you!
Great vid as always! So have you checked out the multiplayer beta? It's been announced and can be played through their discord. Would be cool to see a vid about that too. Thx!
Thanks again! I have been debating on doing a video on it. It would probably be something a lot shorter than my average video. And I’m not sure if I want to wait until multi is out of beta or not. Or if I want to do like a little news video where I talk about multiple games and their updates.
Understand completely! It’s kinda funny when I watch footage of this game I think…. Just jump over there how hard can it be…. And then after playing it a bit more today… yeah I still suck haha.
I had the great opportunity to work as a consultant for Agera Games, working closely with the team of 3 developers during the creation of 'Toss!' I mainly contributed to programming aspects, particularly the charging gloves, but I while I was there i got to test new levels. The team's dedication to meticulously designing each level was truly commendable. Seeing your review, I couldn't agree more with your insights, especially about how 'Toss' becomes increasingly enjoyable the more you play.
That’s awesome! They seem like a really good group! I was actually just playing yesterday. I was worried I would suck lol, but nope just like riding a bike.
@@bmackVR ok, got this one. great recommendation! super fun, already made some topten places in the first levels :) i think the first place is actually throwing his controller at the green button, or he is cheating... :D
Thanks man! That’s exactly what I try to do. I want to get to know a game instead of just churning out videos. This was my attempt at doing a timely review. And I doubt I can really produce a review faster than this. At first I wasn’t going to recommend Toss! But damn it this game won me over the longer I played, and I had to rework a lot of the script. Eventually I want to review a game I don’t like and see how it feels. But right now the thoughts of putting in the effort it takes to match up footage with narration sounds daunting for a game I’m not happy with haha.
This review is a tad outdated now. TOSS NOW HAS MULTIPLAYER!
Just gotta compliment the amount of detail in the video. You do your homework and it shows!
Thanks Golden! I try to be very detailed and provide great examples.
Wow thanks to you, I’m gonna pick up this one! This game looks sick!
may your throws be on target and your fingers sticky!

I think Im getting it, specially now that is on sale
Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Your review convinced me that I should give this weird looking monkey banana game where you toss yourself around a fair shake.
Good luck and Godspeed monkey rocket man!

Hell yeah awesome man! Glad you like the game.
Do you think I reviewed it accurately?
@@bmackVR Yeah! Game is great and I’m already on the zero gravity world. You’re review was great and I agree with everything you said in it

...looks stylish and fun! Did you play '"to the top"? It´s a great title with similar looking mechanics...
I actually never did. It was one of this early VR games I just missed.
@@bmackVR its one of my vr fav´s... 19,3 hours of playtime... super cool difficulty progression and movement feels so natural
@@superfreeeeeak might be my kind of thing. I think it’s on viveport infinity which I might resub to that soon

I love your vids .. how you actually play the game before publishing and talk deeply about gamplay. Great guide. Thx!
