Double doom or doom and offhand grief, then dual leech ring with raven frost if using grief. My 2 cents worth but really cool either way and would have alot of fun playing it as it is in this video. Well done. People are too blinded by meta and forget the ultimate point of any game is to have fun. 10 out of 10 for cool factor, pun intended
Llama mentioned why that doesnt work in a recent video. If double grief (iirk) instead of giving 14 to warcries it only give 5. Not 100% on it so check it out for yourselves.
You miss the point. The rift shoots out orbs that do pretty decent AoE damage.

An anni could replace several resist charms, give a skill, adds dmg thru str and attack rating via dex. Expensive but man are they worth it.

No voice of reason? More - cold resistance and some decent mods also can be made in swords to take advantage of the mastery

War spike might give a bit more attack speed for the Doom.
Mastery GCs are pretty bleh. Max dmg charms would help leech a bit more life.
You need more defense. I get that the armor is blue, but you just get hit too much versus your ability to leech back life.
You could always use a holy freeze merc with infinity, then use a Beast Caddy with the rift. You’ll get a lot more procs when cursed with decrepify. I’m not 100% sure the -res on Doom works for the orbs since they come from offhand
Don't think the IAS really matters for Frenzy but the durability is gonna suck regardless. Repairing all the damn time

I'd heard stacking cold charms can extend the duration of the chill effect by quite a lot.

Each cold source damage extend the chill/freeze effect duration . So different cold charm work

I tested it with dual rift and I felt this variation performed better overall with the more physical damage from Doom

You should try Median XL. So many more viable builds.

yeah tahtw ould be cool if it would work better. i have some other ideas for you. try to find a shaefers or a storm lash and make a static build. not sure about crescent moon- maybe a screscentmoon+lawbringer on switch for procs. my number one build is a lawbringer+a grief (or death as a budget) for optimum frenzy setup. warcry 1 point . you do not lose anylife when running like that. (i only have BO at 1. but fullsynergies+dmg
What gear you running with grief? I've got double grief, lawbringer better?
@@dutchman8758 i run: frenzy max, weaponmastery max, taunt max, doubleswing max, war cry 1. Battleorder 1 , battlecommand1. gear: highlords, forty, gface, gorrider/wartrav. Loh, string of ears. merc: pride, mightaura. leechhelm. In CS specific lawbringer+grief works better. reason is you never drop in life, you never are in danger. all the ghosts are 2 shots. the aura+the curse makes the grief as effective as 2. test it.
@@dutchman8758 lawbringer has 0 dmg, but it makes your other weapon hit as strong as it would be 2

Love to see these kind of builds. Pick an item that does not fit the char theme and make it work.
So many people have "better" and "faster" builds and can do players 7895465465846654785 and omfg 2,3 seconds uber kills and shlt but builds like these are just fun to play =)
On a sidenote: You have the wrong nova on the chest x)
I have the right Nova on chest >:) the Frost Nova plate is actually a shade lighter and doesn't match the Nightwings

This will be better on patch 2.4 because of the attack cooldown after frozen orb is removed
pretty sure the cooldown of frozen orb doesnt apply to rift. rift on a kicksin will put out multiple orbs at a time. same with other items, if youve ever tried using destruction on a kicksin you will see tons of volcanos pop up even though that skill has a long cooldown
@@dedeath I made a riftsin recently on battlenet, when frozenorb procs it locks the player from doing kicks for a short time :/ but it wont be the case in 2.4 thats why im excited for a zealer with phoenix shield, the firestorm wont interrupt zeal
@@thyoracle4477 I dont think that's true.... when you use a Phoenix shield, the firestorm cast will prevent you from attacking again but that's not how it works with rift. I'm able to kick freely while casting orbs
yeah sin does not stop, she just kicks and procs, no interruptions, rift is a very cool rune word, there is definitely more testing to be done in 2.4, exciting stuff 🧐
Should rift in ba so you can go all in on axe mastery, it's pretty important to keep the skills open I'd dump the points in battle cry or grim ward instead
Only works in polearms and scepters.
Finally melee characters can play the chaos sanctuary without fear of Iron Maiden spell cast by the knights. It’s a real pain back in the days with my barb, especially I wield dual “Ith” swords which means instant suicide.

@@Houster1000 I actually prefer offline, the game runs way smoother not relying on dogshit blizzard server speeds, and players x command is brilliant, but like you all those years and I never found a cham, or a jah for that matter, found a zod in chaos though haha
Just made a trav whirl barb. Hoping for a cham. It's way more fun than LK runs... and find item is really refreshing.
I have 4 gul and 2 vex, and I need a second grief, I'm really tempted to cube up but it's such a waste....

dunno whats the point to use all these cold dmg/-cres IN HCS, when you can use Grief+Lawbringer+Treachery with no merc :-)

I love these off meta ideas for builds, but unfortunately nobody's going to run them because tele rules.
Because it's slow and not optimal even for p1 , i can do a Frenzy barb p8 in solo, this build whould be used if effective and It not be, not now and not later... that's why no1 use It..

I don't think Fast clear time or efficiency is the point of this build at all... So those comments are really a waste of bandwidth.
Personally I prefer running RiftSin but I like to kick stuff 🤣 - TrapSin with Enigma is "better" and faster, but I would die of boredom running that build.
