Just around the corner from me and were i bought my last bike. Matts a brilliant guy very knowledgeable and a super mechanic. He goes the extra mile, and I'm not forgetting Amy who's always helpful. Heartily recommend you can't go wrong here.
Well done Matt & Amy, you're doing the job right & I'm sure your customers really appreciate what you're doing & how you go about it. I would have no hesitation in buying a motorbike from you.
Hi Matt and Amy a great insight to your background and your business, bought a motorbike from you recently and the service was second to none. Keep doing what you are doing 👌👌
Great to hear people really making a go of it in the m/c business given the current climate. Nice to also hear that customer service is king. Keep up the good work - this is the type of business and attitude the industry needs!
All the very best with your business folks, only tip I can offer is never bother taking on new bikes other than the Mutts, manufacturers bleed everyone dry! It is not a fault of them, it is survival!
The very best of luck for the future Matt and everyone involved. It’s great to see people taking the chance and keeping the motorcycle business alive. It’s very sad to see recently, the amount of well established motorcycle dealers, having to close their doors. Some of them it’s an end of an era. I hope your business is a success and encourages people to get into biking, it seems to be on the steady decline.
@@flatcapcaferacer thank you very much. We have actually been established for 10 years but are constantly growing and changing so thought this video could introduce customers old and new to the current business 😀
Nice bikes & showroom , would like to be able to drop in for a look around rather than having to make an appointment that feels strange, also what happend to the BSA dealership?
Hi thank you very much for your comment. The reason we do viewing by appointment is because we are such a small team. We simply can't be on hand all day every day to accommodate browsing as Matt has bike services and preparations to get in and out of the shop etc and we would hate for someone to waste a journey. With appointments it means we are ready when you arrive and you get as much time as needed and every customer who has been to the shop and bought from us loves that aspect of our business but we appreciate everyone likes a different experience and different shops can offer different things. We terminated our BSA contract at the start of 2024. Unfortunately for reasons out of our control it didn't allow us to run the business how we have built it up to be and we didn't want to risk the reputation we have worked so hard for. It was purely a business and family decision and we wish the BSA brand all the luck in the future.
