The 'meridian' is a line drawn from the North to South poles. The colour is Meriden blue, as in the village near Coventry where the Triumph factory used to be prior to Hinckley. PS, nice bike, I've got one.

I think the Niken is cool. That's a nice clean example of one (pre 2023). Regardless of the origin of the name Niken, even the Japanese salespeople and Yamaha staff (here in Japan) say `Niekun / Nykun'. (The Ni sounds like lie, as in lie down, but with an N.)

Hi Matt. We were Williamson Honda in America. Dad started in the basement of their house in the mid 50's. Inthat time he was doing motorcycle repair, etc. with Indian, BSA, and Triumph, along with Harley. In 1959 Dad took on Honda with a bus ride and $500 TO California. We became dealer #120 in the USA. Over the years we had dealerships with many brands. Triumph was one of them during the 60's until 1978. Norton was dabbled in there as well. Dad rode dirt track on Triumph's for some time during the 60's with Gary Nixon. In 2009 my Dad retired. We sold everything. We had more dealerships than I can recall? Honda, Suzuki, Triumph, BSA, Norton, CZ, Jawa, Husqvarna, Maico,, and Honda Automobiles, from 1974 until 1991. Williamson Sports Motors, or Williamson Honda in Mill Hall Pa. USA.

Can this bike be lowered a little more from front to back?
This variant was the Low model so was already a small bike. You could soften the rear suspension slightly and drop the forks through a bit more but then effects the handling

With that many miles it is probably worth around $8500USD. That is on the high end

Nice bike but what do these go for ? Abit silly paying too much just for 125. When traditionaly 125.s are a very temporary bike due to wanting more power.

Is the warranty back to base or can I take to my nearest garage. I’m based in york so quite far.
Our bikes are provided with an external warranty so you could go to any vat registered garage and the work is claimed for through the warranty company Regards
