    Hi. Really enjoying you videos.
    Would you perhaps have a way to treat a direct inguinal hernia? As everyone is saying it cant heal by itself. But I strongly believe it can heal itself naturally with your techniques. Thanks

    Iam curious what your perspective is on the topic of ice baths and the theory of increasing the healing response by reducing inflammation rapidly? Please elaborate if you will, thanl you.

    My understanding is that inflammation is lymphatic fluid that is creating a cushion around an injury to protect it. The reason you ice the area is to get rid of the excess lymph fluid so that the blood supply can get to the wound sight once you are stabilized and to allow the blood to bring the oxygen and nutrients to the area to heal it.

      @Fluidisometrics  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Inflammation is the body’s first response to an injury. It’s the first phase of healing. It brings in the nutrients required to repair damaged tissue, and takes away the debris. By applying ice you are stopping this response for as long as you ice, and up to 20 minutes post icing. If inflammation becomes chronic you can assist the movement with Block Therapy or massage with your hands. k

    Are your decompression and Fascia videos okay to use by people with herniated and bulging discs?

      Hi there! Yes it is. You may want to go at a slower pace. As long as you can comfortably breathe while in position you should not hurt yourself. Best to try our Sampler Program to see if this is right for you. It is only $9. Here is the link:

    So, if you have a severe injury (crushed ankle/heel requiring surgery with steel rods) can you reverse the damage after 20 years?

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi there! You can improve oxygenated blood flow to the area by melting through the restrictions (scar tissue), which will bring life back to an area that has been previously blocked. This will help reduce pain and bring back better function. If you are interested the Starter Program is where you need to start. You can find it here:

    If you initially respond to an injury by not applying ice (and possibly applying heat), and the swelling remains extreme 2-3 days after the injury, should you then begin to apply ice to reduce the swelling? Thank you!

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No. Icing will freeze everything in place. If inflammation is extreme you will want to massage the area with your hands to help move it out.

      @@Fluidisometrics Thank you! My entire knee is extremely swollen, it's painful and I can't straighten my leg to walk. My fascia is angry! I applied heat for the first 3 days, and then chiropractor suggested ice, of course. I have tried many supports with no improvement, one being knee massage on YT. Will return to this video...

    Thank you so much for the wonderful content!!
    I just wonder if you could rather look at the screen instead of estimating where your partner is? It might look more natural. Or... a camera shot with both of you around a table - then it would look good to look at each other instead of your audience.
