Super helpful, you're supposed to do all these steps to separate the DNA from certain bacterial contents like proteins and lipids, all these make a lot more sense now, at the end we precipate the DNA with the alcohols and then dilute them for further analisis in the TE solution.

I got to the isopropanol step and centrifuged it, when I took it out of the centrifuge I couldn't see a pellet. I think I might've left it too long. So if I centrifuge again could i potentially Iget a pellet?

worst protocol ever,worst time management..i isolate around 10 plasmids in this mch time and if you use RNAse at the start you must use a co-precicitant...shit protocol..
