Hmmm. Maybe I'll try this ratio. I'm addicted to butterscotch flavored beverages and have been making my own sauce recently but I find my beverages to be too fatty. I use 30mL homemade butterscotch sauce as sweetener and flavoring and thats probably why. 😅

You should be use 15ml of your butterscotch with size cup 20 Oz( Espresso 3shots, Fresh milk 200ml, Butterscotch 15ml, Iced full cup 20 Oz).
