How to make jeow bong Lao spicy/Naly’s Lao kitchen.

INGREDIENTS:
1 bowl skin cow.
1 bowl chili powder.
2 1/2 cup sugar.
4 tbsp msg.
1 1/2 bottle fish sauce.
2 bowl fried garlic.
1 1/2 bowl galangal powder.
1 cup hot water.
2 tbsp oil.
All Ingredients mixed well, then let it sit outside 24, all the ingredients need to be marinade and after 24 hr. Back to check on it again to see how it go. If see to Tik add some hot water.
