INGREDIENTS:
1 cup padek paste ( Fermented fish paste )
2 stalk lemongrass, sliced
1/2 cup galangal, julienned
1 cup shallot
1 cup garlic
1/3 cup kiffir lime leafs, julienned
1/2 cup dried chili, grounded
2 tsp Msg
